Abstract
A Strap binder storage box which comprising a storage box body with multiple storage compartments, each storage compartment comprising a strap storage slot, a binder body storage compartment and a hook storage compartment. The strap storage compartment is in an elongated shape, the binder body storage compartment and the hook storage compartment are positioned at the opening and the two ends of the strap storage slot respectively. Wherein, the strap binder which comprising a binder body, and a primary strap and a secondary strap. When storing, the primary and the secondary strap are placed in the strap storage slot, the hook on the primary and the secondary strap are stacked on top of another and then extended into a hook cover of the hook storage compartment, and then are secured by a coupling piece that couples with coupling slots arranged on the strap storage slot.
Description
- The present invention relates to strap binder storing devices, more specifically, a strap binders storage box.
- Strap binders are widely used today for securing merchandises together during transportation. Strap binders come in various types and shapes,
FIG. 1 shows a common type of strap binder. This type ofstrap binder 03 which comprises abinder body 90, aprimary strap 71 and asecondary strap 72, both with ahook 80 attached to it. Wherein, thehook 80 is in a somewhat “8” shape. The hook which comprising ashackle portion 82 and a connectingring portion 81. As shown inFIG. 2 , thebinder body 90 which comprising abase 92, areel 91 which hinged jointed onto thebase 92, aratchet 94 which fixed on the two sides of thereel 91, and alever 93 that hinged jointed onto thereel 91. The back end of theprimary strap 71 is attached to the reel of thestrap binder 03, and the back end of thesecondary strap 72 is attached to abeam 921 which fixed onto thebase 92. Thebase 92 is provided with afirst spring piece 922, and thelever 93 is provided with asecond spring piece 931. As shown inFIG. 4 , when thelever 93 swings back and forth around thereel 91, thesecond spring piece 931 engages and disengages with the teeth on theratchet 94 and causes theratchet 94 to turn. The turning of theratchet 94 then causes thereel 91 to turn and the turning ofreel 91 causes the retraction of theprimary strap 71. When thefirst spring piece 922 is in engaging position with the teeth on theratchet 94, the turning ofratchet 94 is restricted. In combination withFIG. 2 andFIG. 3 , the sides of thebase 92 that is hinge jointed with thereel 91 is provided with a first arc-shaped protrusion piece 923, the top side of the arc-shaped protrusion 923 is provided with abayonet 924, thelever 93 is hinge jointed onto the end ofreel 91 with a second arc-shaped protrusion 932. As shown inFIG. 2 , a user could pull on thesecond spring piece 931 allowing thesecond spring piece 931 to disengages from theratchet 94, and then, turns thelever 93 away from thebase 92. When the user releases thesecond spring piece 931, the second spring piece then engages with thebayonet 924 of the first arc-shaped protrusion piece 923; at the same time, the second arc-shaped protrusion 932 disengages thefirst spring piece 922 from theratchet 94. As such, thefirst spring piece 922 and thesecond spring piece 931 are both disengaged from theratchet 94, and the user can pull on theprimary strap 71 to loosen theprimary strap 71. - The above-mentioned strap binder is easy to use, but there comes with a packaging before the sales for the merchant and a storage problem after the sales for the user.
- The present invention provides a solution to the problem: the packaging and storage problem before and after the sales of the strap binder as shown in
FIG. 1 . For instance, for packaging the strap binder the container must be in certain configuration. And how to configure the container to allow a quick and easy storage process and at the same ensure a secure storage of the strap binders is the objective of the present invention. - In order to achieve the above-mentioned objective, the present invention provides the following solution:
- A strap binders storage box which comprising a storage base provided with several storage compartments. A storage compartment of the present invention which comprising a strap storage slot, binder body storage compartment and a hooks storage compartment. The strap storage slot is in an elongated shape, the binder storage compartment is located at the opening end of the strap storage slot, and the hooks storage compartment is located at the other opening end of the strap storage slot;
- The binder body storage compartment which comprising a wide hook and a pair of coupling walls. The wide hook is provided above the strap storage slot and the wide hook receives and secures the reel of strap binder. The pair of coupling walls are provided above the strap storage slot and the coupling walls are arranged with the sidewalls of the strap storage slot in a step structure. The binder body storage compartment which further comprising a first coupling piece, and first coupling slots for coupling with the first coupling piece. The first coupling slots are provided on the surface plane of the storage base and are symmetrically distributed to the two sides of the strap storage slot. The first coupling piece sets across the strap storage slot and is provided with a concave arc section; the concave arc section engages with the beam on the storage base.
- The hook storage compartment which comprising a hook cover and a pair of storing steps. The hook cover is provided above the strap storage slot and the pair of storing steps are provided above the sidewalls of the strap storage slot. The pair of storing steps are arranged with the sidewalls of the strap storage slot in in a step structure. The hook storage compartment which further comprising a second coupling piece and second coupling slots for coupling with the second coupling piece. The second coupling slots are provided on the surface end of the storage base and are symmetrically to the two sides of the strap storage slot. The second coupling piece sets across the strap storage slot and is provided with a positioning rod that inserts into the connecting ring of the hook on the binder straps.
- According to the above technical arrangement, the primary and secondary strap are folded and then placed into the strap storage slot. The hook on the primary and secondary strap are stacked on top of each other and then inserted into the hook cover and are rest on the pair of storing steps of the hook storage compartment; which the width of the pair of storing steps equals the width of the hooks. After that, the second coupling piece couples with the second coupling slots and the positioning rod is inserted into the connecting ring of the hooks. With the pressing force from the hook cover and the positioning rod, the hooks are securely stored in the hook storage compartment. The binder body is placed in the binder body storage compartment, more specifically, the base of the binder body couples with the pair of coupling walls of the binder body storage compartment, the wide hook hooks onto the reel on the binder body and the concave arc section of the first coupling piece hooks onto the beam on the base of the binder body.
- With the above technical arrangement, the two hooks are securely rested in the hook storage compartment, the binder body is securely rested in the binder body storage compartment, and the primary and secondary strap are rested in the strap storage slot positioned below the hook storage compartment and the binder body storage compartment. As the hooks and the binder body are securely rested in the hook storage compartment and the binder body storage compartment respectively, the restriction allows the primary and the secondary strap to be also securely stored. When using, the user simply removes the first coupling piece from the first coupling slots and then remove the binder body with a slight downward movement to unhook the binder body from the wide hook. To remove the hooks on the primary and the secondary strap, the user simply removes the second coupling piece from the second coupling slots, then with a slight downward movement to remove the hooks from the hook cover. The primary and secondary strap are also removed from the strap storage slot when the binder body and the hooks are removed from storage compartments. It can be seen from the above technical arrangement, the present invention of strap binder storage box provides an easy and secure way to store and access strap binders.
- As a technical restriction to the number of storage compartments according to the above arrangement, the number of storage compartments provided in the present invention is four and the four storage compartments are arranged inline on the storage base.
- As a preferred embodiment of the binder body storage compartment in the present invention, the binder body storage compartment which is further comparing a pair of positioning units. Each of the pair of the positioning units has a L shape cross-section and the positioning units are vertically positioned on the storage base. The pair of the positioning units are symmetrically positioned to the two sides of the strap storage slots. The side of the binder body base that is further away from the reel of the strap binder is coupled with the pair of the positioning units. The pair of the positioning units prevent the binder body from sliding toward the strap storage slots when is stored in the binder body compartment.
- As an another preferred embodiment of the binder body storage compartment in the present invention, the binder body storage compartment is further provided with a limiting plate below the wide hook. The side of the binder body base that is further away from the reel of the strap binder is coupled with the limiting plate. Where, the bottom surface of the binder body base offsets with the outer surface of the limiting plate. The limiting plate prevents the binder body from sliding sideways when is stored in the binder body compartment.
- As a preferred embodiment of the first coupling piece in the binder body storage compartment of the present invention, the first coupling piece which is further comprising a cross section and coupling sections. The coupling sections are symmetrically distributed on the bottom of two ends of the cross section. Where the concave arc section connections the cross section at the upper middle of the cross section.
- As a preferred embodiment of the above-mentioned first coupling piece, the first coupling piece which comprising a coupling section, a guiding section, a limiting section, a supporting section and a holding section. The coupling section is arranged vertically and the guiding section is arranged horizontally on the coupling piece. The coupling section connects evenly with the two ends of the guiding section. The limiting section is arranged horizontally above the coupling section and the front end of the limiting section connects evenly with the back end of the coupling section. The supporting section is arranged vertically on the bottom surface of the guiding section, close to the back end of the guiding section. The holding section is arranged above the guiding back and connected with the back end of the guiding section. The first coupling slot which comprising an elongated slot and a top wall. The elongated slot which comprising a pair of elongated side walls and a pair of short side walls. The top wall is horizontally arranged at top of one corner of the elongated slot. The top wall, one of the pair of the elongated side wall, and one of the pair of the short side wall form a coupling slot for receiving the coupling the section. In addition, the top wall and the other one of the pair of the elongated side wall form a guiding slot for receiving the guiding section. Furthermore, the top wall and the other one of the pair of short side wall form a limiting slot for receiving the limiting section. The bottom surface of the supporting section touches with the slot bottom of the elongated slot. As a preferred embodiment of the first coupling piece, one of the short wall of the elongated slot that is away from the top wall is provided with a limiting step. The side walls of the limiting step offset with the side walls of the supporting section. When in use, an user would holds the holding section and then tilts and inserts the coupling section of the coupling sections into the coupling slots of the first coupling slot. The side walls of the limiting step offset with the side walls of the supporting section to prevent the first coupling piece from slipping out from the first coupling slot. The first coupling piece can be made of plastic for easier handling. When the user needs to remove the first coupling piece from the first coupling slot, the user would hold and lift the holding section to allow the supporting section to de-attached from the limiting step and then remove the first coupling piece with an upper ward lifting motion.
- As a further description on the first coupling piece of the binder body storage compartment, the concave arc section is provided with a through hole and to the two sides of the through hole a reinforced rib is provided.
- As a further description of the above-mentioned first coupling piece, as an improvement of the binder body storage compartment, the binder body storage compartment which further comprising a pair of struts. The pair of struts are vertically arranged on the binder storage base. The pair of struts are evenly distributed to the two sides of the strap storage slot. When the first coupling piece couples with the first coupling slot, the bottom surface of the cross section offset with the top surface of the struts. As such, the struts provides a support mean for the first coupling piece in the first coupling slot. Furthermore, the struts also provides a guiding mean when for the first coupling piece couples with the first coupling slot.
- As a preferred embodiment of the second coupling piece hook storage compartment in the present invention, the second coupling piece which further comprising a cross section and coupling sections. The coupling sections are symmetrically distributed on lower portion of the two ends of the cross section. The positioning rod connects with the cross section at the middle bottom surface of the cross section.
- As a preferred embodiment of the second coupling piece of the present invention, the second coupling piece which comprising a coupling section, a guiding section, a limiting section, a supporting section and a holding section. The coupling section is arranged vertically and the guiding section is arranged horizontally on the coupling piece. The coupling section connects evenly with the two ends of the guiding section. The limiting section is arranged horizontally above the coupling section and the front end of the limiting section connects evenly with the back end of the coupling section. The supporting section is arranged vertically on the bottom surface of the guiding section, close to the back end of the guiding section. The holding section is arranged above the guiding back and connected with the back end of the guiding section. The second coupling slot which comprising an elongated slot and a top wall. The elongated slot which comprising a pair of elongated side walls and a pair of short side walls. The top wall is horizontally arranged at top of one corner of the elongated slot. The top wall, one of the pair of the elongated side wall, and one of the pair of the short side wall form a coupling slot for receiving the coupling the section. In addition, the top wall and the other one of the pair of the elongated side wall form a guiding slot for receiving the guiding section. Furthermore, the top wall and the other one of the pair of short side wall form a limiting slot for receiving the limiting section. The bottom surface of the supporting section touches with the slot bottom of the elongated slot. As a preferred embodiment of the second coupling piece, one of the short wall of the elongated slot that is away from the top wall is provided with a limiting step. The side walls of the limiting step offset with the side walls of the supporting section.
- As a preferred embodiment of the hook cover in the present invention, the hook cover is hollow is the middle.
- As a preferred embodiment of the strap storage slot in the present invention, the bottom of the strap storage slot is hollow.
- The hollow design of the hook cover and the strap storage slot reduces the material used in production of the strap binder storage box, as well as reduces the weight of the storage box.

FIG. 5 , a strap binder storage box which comprising astorage base 01. The storage base which comprising fourstorage units 02. Each of the storage units which comprising astrap storage slot 10, a binderbody storage compartment 20 and ahook storage compartment 30. Thestrap storage slot 10 is in a elongate shape and thebinder storage compartment 20 is arranged at an opening and one end of thestrap storage slot 10; and thehook storage compartment 30 is arranged at the other opening and the other end of thestrap storage slot 10. - As shown in
FIG. 5 , the base of the strap storage slot is hollow. - As shown in
FIG. 5 , the binderbody storage compartment 20 which comprising awide hook 21, a pair of coupling walls 22 (as shown inFIG. 6 ), afirst coupling piece 23, a pair ofcoupling slots 24 for receiving thefirst coupling piece 23, a pair of positioning units 25 (as shown inFIG. 8 andFIG. 11 ), a limiting plate and a pair of support block 27 (as shown inFIG. 11 ). - As shown in
FIG. 5 , in thebinder storage compartment 20, thewide hook 21 is arranged above thestrap storage slot 10 and thewide hook 21 couples with thereel 91 of the binder body 90 (as shown inFIG. 15 andFIG. 16 ). - As shown in combination of
FIG. 5 andFIG. 6 , in the binderbody storage compartment 20, thecoupling walls 22 are arranged above the sidewalls of thestrap storage slot 10; and thecoupling walls 22 and the sidewalls of the strap storage slot form a step structure. - As shown in combination of
FIG. 5 ,FIG. 9 andFIG. 11 , in the binderbody storage compartment 20, the first coupling slots are arranged on thestorage base 01 and are symmetrically arranged to the two sides of thestrap storage slot 10. Thefirst coupling piece 23 crosses thestrap storage slot 10. Thefirst coupling piece 23 which is provided with aconcave arc section 231. Theconcave arc section 231 couples with abeam 921 of thebinder base 92 of the binder body 90 (as shown inFIG. 15 andFIG. 16 ). As shown inFIG. 10 , thefirst coupling piece 23 which further comprising across section 232 and a pair ofcoupling section 233. The pair ofcoupling sections 231 are symmetrically arranged at the bottom of the two ends of thecross section 232. Theconcave arc section 231 connects with thecross section 232 at the middle and to above thecross section 232. The concave arc section which is provided with a through hole at the center and a reinforcingrib 2311 is provided to the two sides of the through hole. Where, thecoupling section 233 which comprising acoupling section 2331, a guiding section 2322, a limitingsection 2333, a supportingsection 2334 and aholding section 2335. Where, thecoupling section 2331 is horizontally arranged and theguiding section 2332 is vertically arranged. Thecoupling section 2331 connects evenly with the two ends of thecoupling section 2331. The limiting section is arranged horizontally above thecoupling section 2331 and the front end of the limiting section levels with the back end of thecoupling section 2331. The supportingsection 2334 is arranged vertically on the bottom surface of theguiding section 2332; where theguiding section 2334 is near the back end of theguiding section 2332. As shown inFIG. 11 , thefirst coupling slot 24 which comprising anelongated slot 240, and atop wall 241. Theelongated slot 240 which comprising a pair of long sidewalls and a pair of short sidewalls. Thetop wall 241 is horizontally arranged above one corner of theelongated slot 240. Thetop wall 241, one of the elongated sidewalls, one of the short sidewalls and the base of theelongated slot 240 form acoupling slot 242 for receiving thecoupling section 2331. Thetop wall 241 and the other elongated sidewall form a guidingslot 243 for guiding theguiding section 2332. Thetop wall 241 and the othershort sidewall 2402 form a limitingslot 244 for the limitingsection 2333. The base of the supportingsection 2334 engages with the bottom of theelongated slot 240. - As a preferred embodiment of the strap binder storage box, all parts of the strap binder storage box are made of plastic. The
short sidewalls 2402 of theelongated slot 240, away from thetop wall 241 is provided with a limitingstep 245. The sidewalls of the limitingstep 245 offset with the sidewalls of the supportingsection 2334. - In combination with
FIG. 8 andFIG. 11 , in the binderbody storage compartment 20, the cross section of the pair ofpositioning units 25 is in a L shape and the pair of thepositioning units 25 are vertically arranged on thestorage base 01. Each of the pair of thepositioning units 25 is arranged opposite to each other on the two sides of thestrap storage slot 10. Where, the end of thebinder base 92 of thebinder body 90, away from thereel 91, is snapped in the pair of the positioning units 25 (as shown inFIG. 15 andFIG. 16 ). - As shown in
FIG. 11 , in the binderbody storage compartment 20, the pair of supporting sections 227 are vertically arranged on thestorage base 01, where, the pair of the supportingsections 27 are arranged at two sides of the strap storage slot, and where the bottom surface of thecross section 232 offsets with the top surface of the supportingsections 27. - As shown in
FIG. 5 , in the binderbody storage compartment 20, the limitingplate 26 is arrange below thewide hook 21. The end of thebinder base 92 of thebinder body 90, near thereel 91, is snapped on the limitingplate 26, where the inner sidewalls of thebinder base 92 of thebinder body 90 offset with the outer sidewalls of the limiting plate 26 (as shown inFIG. 15 andFIG. 16 ). - As shown in
FIG. 5 , thehook storage compartment 30 which comprising ahook cover 31, a pair of storingsteps 32, asecond coupling piece 33 and a pair ofcoupling slots 34. - As shown in
FIG. 5 , in thehook storage compartment 30, thehook cover 31 is arranged above thestrap storage slot 10 and thehook cover 31 is hollow. - As shown in
FIG. 7 , in thehook storage compartment 30, the pair of the storing steps are arranged above the sidewalls of thestrap storage slot 10, and the storing steps 32 and the sidewalls of the strap storage slot from a step structure. - As shown in
FIG. 5 , in thehook storage compartment 30, thesecond coupling slots 34 are arranged on thestorage base 01 and each of thecoupling slots 34 is symmetrically arranged at the two sides of thestrap storage slot 10. Thesecond coupling piece 33 crosses thestrap storage slot 10. As shown in combination ofFIG. 12 andFIG. 13 , thesecond coupling piece 33 is provided with a vertically arrangedpositioning rod 331. Thepositioning rod 331 is inserted into thehooks 80 on the strap connecting ring 81 (as shown inFIG. 15 andFIG. 16 ). As shown in combination ofFIG. 12 andFIG. 13 , thesecond coupling piece 33 which further comprising across section 332 and a pair ofcoupling section 333. The pair ofcoupling section 333 are symmetrically arranged below the two ends of thecross section 332. Thepositioning rod 331 connects with the middle bottom surface of thecross section 332. Wherein, thecoupling section 333 which comprising acoupling section 3331, aguiding section 3332, a limitingsection 3333, a supportingsection 3334 and aholding section 3335. Where, thecoupling section 3331 is horizontally arranged and theguiding section 3332 is vertically arranged. Thecoupling section 3331 connects evenly with the two ends of thecoupling section 3331. The limiting section is arranged horizontally above thecoupling section 3331 and the front end of the limiting section levels with the back end of thecoupling section 3331. The supportingsection 3334 is arranged vertically on the bottom surface of theguiding section 3332; where theguiding section 3334 is near the back end of theguiding section 3332. Theholding section 3335 connects with the back end of theguiding section 3332 and is arranged above the back end of theguiding section 3332. As shown inFIG. 14 , thesecond coupling slot 34 which comprising anelongated slot 340, and atop wall 341. Theelongated slot 340 which comprising a pair of long sidewalls and a pair of short sidewalls. Thetop wall 341 is horizontally arranged above one corner of theelongated slot 340. Thetop wall 341, one of the elongated sidewalls, one of the short sidewalls and the base of theelongated slot 340 form acoupling slot 342 for receiving thecoupling section 3331. Thetop wall 341 and the other elongated sidewall form a guidingslot 343 for guiding theguiding section 3332. Thetop wall 341 and the othershort sidewall 3402 form a limitingslot 344 for the limitingsection 3333. The base of the supportingsection 3334 engages with the bottom of theelongated slot 340. Theshort sidewalls 3402 of theelongated slot 340, away from thetop wall 341 is provided with a limitingstep 345. The sidewalls of the limitingstep 345 offset with the sidewalls of the supportingsection 3334. - As shown in
FIG. 15 throughFIG. 17 , when storing thestrap binder 03, theprimary strap 71 and thesecondary strap 72 are folded then stored in thestrap storage slot 10. The hook on theprimary strap 71 and thesecondary strap 72 are stacked on top of each other and then inserted into thehook cover 31. The hooks then are rested on the pair of storingsteps 32 of thehook storing compartment 30. Where the width of the storing steps 32 are equal to the width of the hooks. And then, thesecond coupling piece 33 are coupled with thesecond coupling slots 34, and at the same time, thepositioning rod 331 is inserted into the connectingring 81 of thehook 80. With the pressing force from thepositioning rod 331 and thehook cover 31, thehooks 80 are secured in thehook storage compartment 30. Thebinder body 90 is placed in binderbody storage compartment 20. More particularly, thebinder body base 92 couples with the pair ofcoupling walls 22, thewide hook 21 hooks onto thereel 91 on thebinder body 90, and theconcave arc section 231 of thefirst coupling piece 23 couples with thebeam 921 on thebinder body base 92.
Claims (13)
1. A strap binder storage box which comprising a storage base provided a multiple number of storage compartments, wherein, each of the storage compartment which comprising a strap storage slot, binder body storage compartment and a hooks storage compartment; wherein, the strap storage slot is in an elongated shape, the binder storage compartment is located at the opening end of the strap storage slot, and the hooks storage compartment is located at the other opening end of the strap storage slot; wherein, the binder body storage compartment which comprising a wide hook and a pair of coupling walls; the wide hook is provided above the strap storage slot and the wide hook receives and secures the reel of strap binder; the pair of coupling walls are provided above the strap storage slot and the coupling walls are arranged with the sidewalls of the strap storage slot in a step structure; wherein, the binder body storage compartment which further comprising a first coupling piece, and first coupling slots for coupling with the first coupling piece; the first coupling slots are provided on the surface plane of the storage base and are symmetrically distributed to the two sides of the strap storage slot; the first coupling piece sets across the strap storage slot and is provided with a concave arc section; the concave arc section engages with the beam on the storage base; wherein, the hook storage compartment which comprising a hook cover and a pair of storing steps; the hook cover is provided above the strap storage slot and the pair of storing steps are provided above the sidewalls of the strap storage slot; the pair of storing steps are arranged with the sidewalls of the strap storage slot in in a step structure; wherein, the hook storage compartment which further comprising a second coupling piece and second coupling slots for coupling with the second coupling piece; the second coupling slots are provided on the surface end of the storage base and are symmetrically arranged to the two sides of the strap storage slot; and the second coupling piece sets across the strap storage slot and is provided with a positioning rod that inserts into the connecting ring of the hook on the binder straps.
2. The strap binder storage box as claimed in claim 1 wherein, the binder body storage compartment which further comprising a pair of positioning units, wherein, the cross section of each of the pair of positioning units is in a L shape and the pair of the positioning units are vertically arranged on the storage base; wherein, each of the pair of the positioning units 25 arranged opposite to each other on the two sides of the strap storage slot; wherein, the end of the binder base of the binder body, away from the reel, is snapped into the pair of the positioning units 25.
3. The strap binder storage box as claimed in claim 1 wherein, the binder body storage compartment further comprising a limiting plate below the wide hook; the side of the binder body base that is further away from the reel of the strap binder is coupled with the limiting plate; and wherein, the bottom surface of the binder body base offsets with the outer surface of the limiting plate.
4. The strap binder storage box as claimed in claim 1 wherein, the first coupling piece in the binder body storage compartment which further comprising a cross section and coupling sections; the coupling sections are symmetrically distributed on the bottom of two ends of the cross section; and wherein, the concave arc section connections the cross section at the upper middle of the cross section.

The strap binder storage box as claimed in claim 4 wherein, the coupling section which comprising a coupling section, a guiding section, a limiting section, a supporting section and a holding section; wherein, the coupling section is horizontally arranged and the guiding section is vertically arranged; wherein, the coupling section connects evenly with the two ends of the coupling section; the limiting section is arranged horizontally above the coupling section and the front end of the limiting section levels with the back end of the coupling section; the supporting section is arranged vertically on the bottom surface of the guiding section; wherein, the guiding section is near the back end of the guiding section; the holding section connects with the back end of the guiding section and is arranged above the back end of the guiding section; wherein, the first coupling slot which comprising an elongated slot and a top wall; the elongated slot which comprising a pair of long sidewalls and a pair of short sidewalls; the top wall is horizontally arranged above one corner of the elongated slot; the top wall, one of the elongated sidewalls, one of the short sidewalls and the base of the elongated slot form a coupling slot for receiving the coupling section; the top wall and the other elongated sidewall form a guiding slot for guiding the guiding section; the top wall and the other short sidewall form a limiting slot for receiving the limiting section; and wherein, the base of the supporting section engages with the bottom of the elongated slot.
6. The strap binder storage box as claimed in claim 5 wherein, said short sidewalls of the elongated slot, away from the top wall is provided with a limiting step; and the sidewalls of the limiting step offset with the sidewalls of the supporting section.
7. The strap binder storage box as claimed in claim 4 wherein, said concave arc section which is provided with a through hole at the center and a reinforcing rib is provided to the two sides of the through hole.
8. The strap binder storage box as claimed in claim 4 wherein, it is characterized that said storage compartment which further comprising a pair of supporting sections; wherein the pair of supporting sections are vertically arranged on the storage base; wherein, the pair of the supporting sections are arranged at two sides of the strap storage slot; and wherein, the bottom surface of the cross section offsets with the top surfaces of the supporting sections.
9. The strap binder storage box as claimed in claim 1 wherein, said second coupling piece which further comprising a cross section and a pair of coupling section; wherein, the pair of coupling section are symmetrically arranged below the two ends of the cross section, and wherein, the positioning rod connects with the middle bottom surface of the cross section.
10. The strap binder storage box as claimed in claim 9 wherein, said coupling section which comprising a coupling section, a guiding section, a limiting section, a supporting section and a holding section; wherein, the coupling section is horizontally arranged and the guiding section is vertically arranged; wherein, the coupling section connects evenly with the two ends of the coupling section; wherein, the limiting section is arranged horizontally above the coupling section and the front end of the limiting section levels with the back end of the coupling section, wherein, the supporting section is arranged vertically on the bottom surface of the guiding section; wherein the guiding section is near the back end of the guiding section, wherein, the holding section connects with the back end of the guiding section and is arranged above the back end of the guiding section; wherein, the second coupling slot which comprising an elongated slot, and a top wall, wherein, the elongated slot which comprising a pair of long sidewalls and a pair of short sidewalls; wherein, the top wall is horizontally arranged above one corner of the elongated slot, wherein, the top wall, one of the elongated sidewalls, one of the short sidewalls and the base of the elongated slot form a coupling slot for receiving the coupling section, wherein, the top wall and the other elongated sidewall form a guiding slot for guiding the guiding section; wherein, the top wall and the other short sidewall form a limiting slot for the limiting section; and wherein, the base of the supporting section engages with the bottom of the elongated slot.
11. The strap binder storage box as claimed in claim 10 wherein, said short sidewalls of the elongated slot, away from the top wall is provided with a limiting step; and wherein, the sidewalls of the limiting step offset with the sidewalls of the supporting section.
12. The strap binder storage box as claimed in claim 1 wherein, said hook cover is arranged above the strap storage slot and the hook cover is hollow.
13. The strap binder storage box as claimed in claim 1 wherein, said a multiple number of storage compartments is four and are arranged in line.
