The present invention, therefore, includes the provision, on a document, identification paper,
or deed or, check, theinclusion, of finger print spaces,llocated adjacent the signature lines, of a ncn-smudging, color finger whereby the party signing the document will find a convenient means; upon said document to color the desired section ofhis or her identifying finger prints, which arewtobe transferred and impressed in the spaces associated with the signature spaces to thusimpressjuponsaid document the true im- 1 pression of any finger of the signor of thedocumenu. There is no material difference, whether the finger coloring spots G or H are on either the frontor rear face of the document. The important feature is the provision of such finger coloring means impressed upon the document, available for instant use, by the executor ofthe document, for the purposes herein set forth.
A further improvement is ingthe provision of means for additional signatures and finger im-. prints spaces on the obverse surface of the document, as shown in Fig. 2, wherein finger print spaces C, D, E andFare shown located at the adjacent signature or endorser lines a, b, c and d. In these supplemental, endorsing, or witness lines, the signor may color his endorsing finger print by pressing upon the color spots GandH, and
then impressinghis or her endorsing finger print adjacent the associate signature lines. Thereafter, the 'signor signs the signature space associated with the finger impression receiving area.
Having thus described the invention what is claimed is:' i
1. A bank check provided on its front face with a place adapted to receive the signature of the payor; lines outlining a space adjacent to said place adapted to'receive a finger print; and a color spot larger than a finger print and comprising a mixture of a wax meltable at body heat, and
a coloring matter, which when a finger pressed.
