In both of the first and second embodiments, the sole on the shoe is shown in phantom in the figures because the particular sole attached to the bottom of the footwear is not part of the present invention.

In the second embodiment, the design is the same as in the first embodiment except for an upside down V-shaped piece wrapped around the back of the footwear. The perspective, front, top and bottom views of the second embodiment are identical to the corresponding views of the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1, 4, 6, and 7, respectively.
