I claim the ornamental design for a twirling cheering jersey, as shown and described.
FIG. 1 is a front view of a twirling cheering jersey showing my new design;
FIG. 2 is an elevational view seen from the left end of FIG. 1;
FIG. 3 is an elevational view seen from the right end of FIG. 1;
FIG. 4 is an elevational view seen from the lower side of FIG. 1, the side opposite being its mirror image; and,
FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof.
