Dies erfordert jedoch außer der metallischen Schraubhülse des Schraubsockels eine gesonderte Befestigung 0 der Drahtenden der L eitungen an der Schraubhülse.25 arranged light reflector, which surrounds a lamp socket for an electric lamp for training the energy radiator, is known from DE-GM 85 22 395. There the electromechanical coupling is designed as a screw screw base. However, in addition to the metallic screw sleeve of the screw base, this requires a separate fastening of the wire ends of the lines to the screw sleeve.
In contrast, the inventions in a first embodiment solve the problem of designing a closure head of the type mentioned at the outset in such a way that the production and assembly work for the sealing head is reduced. This is achieved according to the invention in that the electromechanical coupling is designed as a plug-in base, through which the lines are guided axially, which, with their exposed, bent wire ends, rest on the free end of the plug-in base on the outside thereof.
The invention therefore eliminates the need for an additional component, such as the metallic screw sleeve of the screw base of the known closure head, to which the lead wires have to be connected separately. In the case of the closure head according to the invention, the lines merely have to be passed through the plug-in base and the stripped wire ends have to be bent toward the outside of the plug-in base.
If necessary, it is possible to overmold the line ends with the injection-molded material made of plastic when the sealing head housing and the plug-in base are molded. However, it is also possible to lead the lines through axial bores formed in the plug base, which open out in a funnel shape on the inside of the bottom end of the housing and are closed there with a sealing compound surrounding the lines.
The section of the two lines between the energy radiator and the housing base is preferably longer than the distance between the energy / heat and the housing base. As a result, the line wires outside the housing of the closure head can be connected to the energy radiator, after which the structural unit forming the energy radiator is inserted into the housing. This assembly possibility of the assembly also enables access to the inside of the bottom of the housing of the sealing head in order to apply the sealing compound for closing the bores through which the lines are led out of the sealing head with the aid of a spray head.
The energy radiator used according to this invention is either an e / ef trical lamp for the interior lighting of the balloon or the plastic cover, or an electromagnetic sound radiator such as a loudspeaker Radiate sound into the interior of the balloon or the envelope, the speaker being connectable to an external control unit and power source via the lines and the electromechanical coupling. In another embodiment, the loudspeaker is connected to a control unit, such as an electronic chip, which is arranged inside the housing of the sealing head and is connected to an external power source, such as a battery, via the lines and the electromechanical coupling is closed.
If the energy radiator is an electric lamp for the interior lighting of the balloon or the envelope, the lamp has a base which is screwed into a lamp socket, which is fixed to a reflector, which has a reflector surface radially surrounding the lamp and is extends between the lamp and the edge of the shell of the housing within the open end of the housing. To further simplify the assembly of such a closure head, an embodiment of the closure head is preferred in which the lamp holder is clamped into a central hole of the reflector and the latter is clamped or latched in the open housing end.
The known closure head mentioned above is not readily suitable for closing an air balloon or an inflatable plastic cover which is only provided with an opening, but not with a neck surrounding the opening. Therefore, the closure head is provided in a second embodiment of the invention with a screw clamping device with two axial shoulders, of which one axial shoulder is formed at the open end of the housing and the other axial shoulder is formed on a gill nut which can be screw-adjusted on a threaded section of the housing and z between which the boundary edge of the opening of the plastic cover can be clamped airtight.
The one axial shoulder is preferably formed on an outer collar at the open end of the housing, whereas the threaded section is formed on the side of the outer ring collar facing away from the open housing end on the outer side of the casing of the housing. The invention is explained on the basis of three preferred embodiments of the closure head, which can be seen in longitudinal section in FIGS. 1 to 3 of the drawing.
'The closure head 2 shown in FIG. 1 of the drawing consists of a hollow cylindrical housing 7 made of a plastic material, the housing base 7 'of which is formed as a hollow cone and has a central plug base 20 on its outside. A lamp socket 13, into which a lamp 14 can be screwed, and a reflector 15 are arranged in the open end of the cup-shaped housing 7. The cup-shaped reflector 15 has with its concave reflector surface out of the open end of the housing and surrounds the lamp 14 in the radial direction, covering essentially the entire space of the open end of the housing between the lamp holder 13 and the edge of the cylindrical shell of the housing 7 fills radially. To supply power to the lamp 14, electrical leads 18 are connected to the socket 13, which are led out through axial bores 21 of the plug-in base 20 projecting centrally on the outside of the bottom wall 7 'and their stripped free wire ends 19 against the outside of the plug-in base 20 are bent back. The funnel-shaped inner end of the bores 21 is sealed off by a sealing compound 22 surrounding the lines 18. '
The closure head 2, with its cup-shaped housing 7, is inserted with its open end ahead into the balloon neck la of an inflatable gas balloon, so that the balloon neck la and the edge bead 1a present thereon are sealingly held on the outer circumference of the housing 7 and the inner one space of the inflatable gas balloon 1 is illuminated after switching on the lamp 14.
At the lower end of the housing 7, a lateral filling nipple 16 is formed, which can be closed with a stopper 17 and is used to inflate the gas balloon after it has been applied to the housing 7. The reflector 15 has at least one air passage opening 9 so that the air for inflating the air balloon 1 can pass through the reflector 15. As can be seen from FIG. 1, the lamp socket 1 3 is clamped in a central hole of the reflector 15, the wire end of the one line 18 also being clamped at the same time. The wire end of the other line, in contrast to 18 hours, is soldered to the central pole of the lamp socket 13. The reflector 15 is locked in the open end of the housing 7 with the aid of locking projections 23. The sections of the lines IS within the sealing head housing 7 are considerably longer than the distance between the lamp holder 13 and the most distant part of the housing base 7 ', as a result of which the line wires of the lines 18 outside the housing 7 can be connected to the lamp holder 13 and the sealing compound 22 can be introduced without hindrance, after which the unit from the reflector 15 and the lamp holder 13 is inserted into the open end of the housing.
The closure head 2 from FIG. 2 has the same basic construction as that from FIG. 1, which is indicated by the same reference numbers for the same parts. However, the closure head 2 from FIG. 2 is provided for inflatable plastic sleeves 1 which only have an opening without a neck which can be pulled onto the closure head 2 and, moreover, consist of a material which is not or not substantially elastically stretchable. The closure head 2 from FIG. Is therefore provided with a screw-type clamping device for clamping the boundary edge 1b of the opening of the plastic sleeve 1. To form the screw-type clamping device, an outer ring collar 34 is formed at the open end of the housing. In addition, a threaded section 32 is formed on the outer side of the casing of the housing 7 below the outer ring collar 34, on which a gill nut 33 designed as a cylindrical ring can be screwed. The closure head 2 is inserted with the outer collar 34 through the opening 1b of the inflatable plastic cover 1, so that the boundary edge of the opening 1b comes to lie between the outer collar 34 and the gill nut 33. Then the gill nut 33 is screwed against the outer ring collar 34 until the plastic sheath 1 with the boundary edge lb of its opening z between the axial shoulder 30 formed by the underside of the outer ring collar 34 and the axial shoulder 31 formed by the upper end edge of the gill nut 33 is airtight pinched is t. H-'ie shown in Figure 2, a sealing washer 35, 36 made of resilient material can be clamped above and / or below the boundary edge lb of the opening of the plastic sleeve 1, if this can improve the tightness of the clamping connection.
The filling nipple 16 is arranged and designed relative to the plug base 20 in dependence on the clear inner diameter of the gill nut 33 and its length such that the gill nut 33 is pushed in a tilted position over the plug base 20 and the filling nipple 16 and then into the axial position tilted back onto the housing 7 can be pushed onto the threaded section
32 aufzuschrauben. If necessary, the gill nut 33 can have a recess in its lower edge which fits over the filling nipple 16 for the gill nut to be placed on the housing 7. For the same purpose, it is also possible to place the filler nipple 16 even lower than in the embodiment shown on the conical housing base 7 'and to make the filler nipple 16 curved upwards, so that on the one hand the gill nut
33 auf das Gehäuse 7 aufgebracht werden kann und andererseits das Außenende des Füllnippels 16 für das Aufblasen der Kunststoffhülle 1 nicht zu nahe an dem Stecksockel 20 zuliegen kommt.33 can be applied to the housing 7 and, on the other hand, the outer end of the filling nipple 16 for inflating the plastic casing 1 does not come too close to the plug base 20.
The embodiment from FIG. 2 is also suitable for a closure head with an external electromechanical coupling which is designed as a lamp screw base instead of as a plug-in base 20, which is shown.
The embodiment of the invention shown in FIG. 3 corresponds essentially to that of FIG. 1, with the exception that the reflector and the lamp are replaced by a loudspeaker 40, such as a telephone capsule, which via a clamping ring 41 into the open end of the housing 7 is clamped in order, driven by an external electromagnetic control unit, which is connected to the loudspeaker 40 via the plug-in base 20 and the line wires 18, to radiate sound into the interior of the balloon 1. At least one through opening 4_? formed, which passes through the loudspeaker 40, so that the air introduced through the ripple 16 can pass through the loudspeaker 40 for inflating the balloon 1 attached to the closure head 2.
