Abstract

The invention relates to a plastic syringe for injections and blood sampling, of which the needle cannula, which is fixed on the plunger, remains within its barrel both before and after use, said barrel being a useful sheath and providing ideal protection. The needle cannula comes out and, after use, returns inside the barrel of the syringe where it is locked by suitable protrusions or by internal locking rings within the barrel of the syringe. The invention is intended to prevent accidental jabs and the drawing of blood which can often lead to serious infections illnesses such as tetanus, AIDS and viral hepatitis.

Description

SERINGUE A USAGE UNIQUE  SINGLE USE SYRINGE
This is the invention of a disposable syringe of plastic material for punctures and blood samples good to prevent accidental punctures and bloodshed, comprising a needle-cannula which, inserted at the head of the piston , remains, both before and after use, contained and protected in its body (cylinder) from which, at the time of use, the Operator takes it out and, after use, makes it return by means of indirect movements exerted on the ison of the piston and thereafter blocks it with the syringe corps, to avoid its accidental exit.

Sometimes, moreover, accidental punctures are verified even among people foreign to health workers who stumble by chance on used sachets and where the lubricated cannula (needle) has lost its precarious case or is not protected in an appropriate manner.
The aim of this invention is to eliminate all the disadvantages previously analyzed.
The invention, as it is. contained in the description and in the claims, avoids all the aforementioned disadvantages and also solve the problem of creating a syringe where the needle-cannula grafted with the piston finds its more hygienic case and its more valid and perfect protection inside the same syringe body (cylinder), both before and after use, at the time of use, it is delivered from its case (syringe body) and fixed inside the sealing cone of the syringe body by means of movements exerted by the Operator on the stick of the piston; after use, the needle-cannula is removed from the sealing cone and withdrawn by means of exerted movements by the operator on the piston stick and at the end it is blocked to avoid accidental effusion; doing so, the Operator's hands remain well away from the lubricated cannula
(needle) and therefore we reach the goal of surely avoiding the danger of accidental contacts and pagestas. The advantages obtained through this invention consist essentially in the fact that the cannula needle finds, both before and after use, its more hygienic case and its more valid and perfect protection inside the syringe body. (cylinder) from which no stake can escape for accidental causes; furthermore, the cannula needle can never be polluted or pollute or cause accidental punctures; at the end, by virtue of its particular safety features, the syringe used outside hospitals may be replaced in containers for mixed waste which are available, resulting in the non-existent danger of soiling and identical ace punctures.
Completely, the syringe is also characterized by the extreme simplicity of its operation and by the modest cost of production.
The invention is explained in a detailed manner thereafter with the aid of drawings which also represent exemplary embodiments thereof.
Figures 1 and Ibis represent according to the invention of different embodiments of the syringe.
Figures 2,3,4,5 show the syringe during the different stages of its operation.
In Figure 1 is shown a first example of execution of the idea which resuite composed by the syringe body (A), by the needle-cannula (B) and by the piston (C). In the syringe body (A) the sealing cone of the needle-cannula (1) is characterized because it is closed by a membrane of elastic material (2) which one can perforate by one makes, leave and re-enter the lubricated cannula (needle) respectively, at the time and after the use; this membrane allows the perfect tightness during the times of aspiration and inoculation of the liquid and-, at the same time, avoids the bloodshed; the syringe body, furthermore, characterized by the presence, inside of it, of any device, for example a thread (Ibis), which promotes blocking of the barrel of the needle cannula; the syringe body is further characterized by the presence of two lateral projections, which are symmetrical and can be moved (3) which, not only do they constitute areas of support for the fingers of the Operator but also they are pushed after the use inside the syringe body for blocking the plunger, and with it, the cannula tip.
The needle-cannula (B) is composed as follows: painless lubricated cannula (4) in triple thread, inserted and welded in the center of the baricaut which is characterized by the presence of any device, for example the thread (5) , which allows in a safe way, inside the sealing cone (Ibis) placed at the top of the syringe body; the baricaut is further characterized by its inking graft (S) at the recess of the piston (8), with fins and fissures or pierced to allow the inoculation of all the quantity of liquid contained in the syringe body. The piston (C) is characterized by a niche (80 placed in the center of its top provided with stops and circumvented by a small eraser (7) pierced in the center, good to receive the inking graft of the baricaut (6) and to to favor the deviation and the deviation inside the sealing cone (Ibis); is further characterized by the presence of lines of weakness issememt (10) to facilitate breakage after use, and by the presence of a niche (3) good for receiving and trapping the locking projections (3) The figure Ibis represents a second example of an advantageous embodiment of the idea: in this case, the sealing cone (1) placed at the top of the syringe body (A) is open, in front, for the passage of the lubricated cannula (needle) and, in place of the membrane which can be pierced, present on the outside any device, for example a thread (2), for the closing of a protective cap (D) which can be disconnect it, which avoids the bloodshed. Inside, the sealing cone (1), intended to accuellir the baricaut, is characterized by a device for example a tapping (2bis), good to the sure closing of the baricaut predisposes if necessary; the syringe body (A), in this example, is characterized by rings placed inside (3) one more projecting from the other e which constitute the elements for stopping and blocking the piston and with it the cannula needle.
The needle-cannula (b) consists of the painless lubricated cannula (needle) (4) in triple threading inserted in the center of the baricaut which is characterized by the presence of a tapping (5) which allows to fix it to the sealing cone
(2bis) of the syringe body; the baricaut is further characterized by the piston anchor graft (6) with different fins and a wrench, with buttocks or pierced for the inoculation of the entire quantity of the liquid.
The piston (C) is characterized by a recess (8) placed at the center of its summit provided with stops and bypassed at the exesterieur by the small eraser (7) pierced in the center, good for receiving the anchor graft from the baricaut. (6) and to favor its development. and unscrewing the sealing cone (2bis) from the syringe body (A); further characterized by the presence of weakening lines (10) which facilitate breakage after use thus leaving trapped in the syringe body the end part (9) of the same piston and the needle-cannula assembled him. The assembly methods and the movement of the operating times, anyway, are very simple and very easy. The syringe is assembled for sterilization, with the needle-cannula grafted at the top of the pedestal (fig. 2) is placed inside the syringe body which represents the container and, at the same time, the protector; at the time of use, the simple push in front of the piston stick brings out the lubricated cannula (needle), while a movement, of rotation in the clockwise direction 11es of a watch causes the evacuation of the baricaut to l inside the sealing cone of the appropriately prepared syringe body (fig. 3); after the aspiration and inoculation of the liquid, the baricaut εe automatically finds a graft to the piston and a simple movement in the movement contrary to that of the hands of a watch causes the disconnection of the needle-cannula which thus can be withdrawn (fig.4) inside the syringe body where it is blocked (fig.5); at this point, for greater and subsequent safety, the piston stick is broken along the lines of weakness and the whole can also be stored in containers for mixed waste, resulting in non-existent danger of pollution and accidental punctures.

3- Piston characterized by a central niche provided with stops (8 fig. 1 e 1bis) whose outer walls are- circumvented by a small rubber pierced in the center (7 fig. 1 e 1bis); the piston is further characterized by a disc (9bis fig.1) which, with the diεque on which the small eraser rests, delimits a niche (9) suitable for receiving and trapping the locking elements (3 fig.1) and by lines of weakness (10 fig. 1 and 1a) for breaking after use.
4- The baricaut, in the center of which the lubricated cannula (needle) is inserted and welded, is characterized because the external surface is tapped (5 fig. 1 and- Ibis) to adapt and fix it inside the sealing cone of the syringe body; further characterized because it has an inking graft (6 fig. 1 and 1bis) to the piston, with different fins and with fessures or pierced to allow the inoculation of all the quantity of liquid contained in the syringe body .
5- Single-use syringe of plastic material, as in the preceding claims and as contained in the description, in which the needle grafted on the top of the piston is contained, both before and after use in the syringe body which therefore behaves like a valid container, and perfect protector of the needle-cannula itself which during operation is released from its case, fixed to the sealed cone then released and withdrawn in its case (body-syringe) by means of movements indirect exerted on the piston stick which allow the Operator's hands to stay very far away and therefore to avoid pollution and accidental punctures; finally after use, the blocking and rupture of the piston stick prevent the accidental exit of the needle-cannula and, basically, avoid pollution and Eiccidental punctures also among persons foreign to health operators.
