Abstract

Un procédé de fabrication d'une série d'étiquettes auto-adhésives sur une section de support de séparation consiste (a) à déposer une couche d'adhésif autocollant sur une surface d'une section de matériau de séparation; (b) à déposer une série de feuilles pliées individuelles sur la couche d'adhésif autocollant afin de coller les feuilles pliées au matériau de séparation, chaque feuille pliée possédant un panneau supérieur et un panneau inférieur; (c) à déposer sur la série de feuilles pliées située sur le support de séparation une bande de matériau lamellaire auto-adhésif, le matériau lamellaire étant collé par sa surface auto-adhésive sur la série de feuilles pliées; (d) à découper le matériau lamellaire, les feuilles pliées et l'adhésif autocollant jusqu'au support de séparation afin de former les étiquettes auto-adhésives, le découpage étant effectué de sorte que le panneau supérieur de la feuille pliée portant le matériau lamellaire puisse être détaché du panneau inférieur afin d'ouvrir l'étiquette; et (e) à enlever du support de séparation les portions inutilisées du matériau lamellaire, des feuilles pliées et de l'adhésif autocollant qui entourent les étiquettes auto-adhésives.
