Abstract

Bestätigungstest auf einem Siliziumchip, der das ELISA- und WB-Verfahren als Grundlage benutzt. Was bisher chemisch geschah, wird hier physikalisch mit Hilfe von Ultraschall (PZ) (ca. 500-fache Beschleunigung) und dem Oberflächenplasmonresonanzeffekt erreicht. Die Abfrage der 9 Meßstellen (M) erfolgt über Lichtleiter (LB) und Photodioden (A). Das Endergebnis wird über eine logische Schaltung auf einem LCD (L) angezeigt. Im eindeutigen Fall erscheint es dort verbal (z.B. ''Anti-HIV-negativ''), sonst nur als Kodenummer die in einem Begleitdiagnoseheft nachgeschlagen werden kann. Das fertige Gerät ist kleiner als halb so groß wie eine Streichholzschachtel. Das Gerät besitzt zusätzlich eine einfache Punktiereinrichtung, die bei Anwendung als ''Ohrclip'' mit Klammer (Punktion des Ohrläppchens) automatisch nach 3 Minuten das Ergebnis anzeigt. Zur Vermeidung auch nur möglicher Ansteckung werden die im Chip immobilisierten Teilantigene (M) mit einer Desinfektionsflüssigkeit zerstört (nach 10 Minuten).
