Abstract

The present invention relates to various cosmetic preparations which revitalize the skin, each preparation beeing enriched with vitamins. The invention discloses cosmetic preparations for skin revitalization which are comprised of products for use externally to the human body and a product for use internally to said human body, the cosmetic preparations being characterized in that the external use products are comprised of two creams and one solution which stimulate the epidermal cells and the fibroblast of the dermis, while protecting the epidermis, and in that the internal use product is comprised of capsules which carry aminoacids and oligoelements to the fibroblasts of the dermis. The present invention relates to the field of cosmetics.

Description

"Cosmetic preparations revitalizing the skin"

The present invention relates to the field of cosmetics. The present invention relates to various cosmetic preparations which revitalize the skin, each preparation being enriched with vitamins.

The various preparations are applied externally, by simple spreading on the skin and orally.

These two modes of application act in synergy. Many documents deal with these epidermal and dermal problems.

Thus the document FR-A-2,585,568 relates to new cosmetic compositions, comprising a lipid derived from horny cells which can improve the ability of the stratum corneum to retain moisture. They are useful for the treatment of dry skin. When the lipid is used in combination with surfactants, the above effect is improved. The cosmetic compositions can be presented according to any type of preparation, such as creams, milky lotions, beauty masks, lipsticks, foundations, hair tonics and the like.

This document reveals the different types of preparation that can allow the treatment of dry skin.

Document FR-A-2,631,824 relates to cosmetic compositions which contain, in combination, a component formed by an aromatic mixture of essential oils extracted from plants chosen from: Lavender, Geranium, Rosemary, Eucalyptus, Sage, Thyme, Cupréssus, Basil, Pereira Myroxylon, Lahafil kernels and a component containing vitamins A and E, ginεeng and 1 inal eol gamal acid. This document reveals the use of vitamins A and E and the use of plant extracts.

All of these documents only tackle the problem of revitalizing the skin with a simple external application, which is supposed to stimulate the retention of water by the cells. The present invention relates to cosmetic preparations revitalizing the skin of the type using products for use external to the human body and a product for internal use in said human body, characterized in that the products for external use are formed of two creams and d '' a solution, which stimulates epidermal cells and fibroblasts of the dermis and which protect the epidermis and that the product for internal use consists of capsules which transport, to epidermal cells and fibroblasts, inter alia, amino acids and trace elements. A subject of the invention is also cosmetic preparations, characterized in that the total mass of the product for internal use comprises from 33.4 to 34.4 per 100, hereinafter represented by the symbol of the percentage%, of amino acids , from 23.7 to 24.7% of lecithin, from 22.1 to 23.1% of lyophilized royal jelly, from 4.8 to 5.4% of vitamin C, substantially 0.1% of vitamin B6, substantially 0.02% of vitamin B12, and approximately 0.02% of trace elements.

The subject of the invention is also cosmetic preparations characterized in that the amino acids are in equivalent proportions lysine, serine, histidine, threonine, valine and / or leucine.

Another object of the present invention is to provide cosmetic preparations characterized by the fact that the trace elements are formed by selenium, zinc, magnesium, iron, manganese, copper, potassium, cobalt, phosphorus, silicon, chromium and / or vanadium.

Another object of the present invention is to provide cosmetic preparations characterized by the fact that the mass of each cream for external use comprises substantially 1% of oil essential oil of Roman chamomile, approximately 1.5% royal jelly, approximately 2% wheat germ oil, approximately 0.25% vitamin A, approximately 0.25% vitamin E, approximately 0.25% vitamin F, approximately 0.5% of biostimulins, and approximately 0.5% of allantoin.

Another object of the invention is to provide cosmetic preparations characterized by the fact that creams for external use have a hydrogen potential substantially equal to 6.8.

Another object of the invention is to provide cosmetic preparations characterized by the fact that the mass of the solution for external use comprises from 9.5 to 10.5% of Aloes Vera extracts enriched in biostimulins, substantially 0, 25% of vitamin A, approximately 0.25% of vitamin E, and approximately 0.25% of vitamin F. An object of the invention is to provide cosmetic preparations characterized by the fact that the solution for external use uses as excipient plant extracts enriched with natural moisturizing factor.

The description which follows has only an indicative and nonlimiting purpose of the cosmetic preparations of the invention.

The present invention has the advantage of considering the skin as it is, that is to say as a complex organ of our organism. Thus, it must provide stimulation from the outside but above all provide it from the inside, all the substances necessary for the biosynthesis of elastin and collagen, which will allow the skin to respond favorably to external stimulation.

Said external stimulation is the result of external factors such as biostimulins which have a role of general stimulation on all the epidermal cells as well as on the fibroblasts of the dermis which synthesize the elastic matrix formed of collagen and elastin.

This fibroblast biosynthesis depends on the supply of specific amino acids which are lacking in the organism.

These substances, as well as the vitamins and trace elements essential for this synthesis, can be supplied via the bloodstream, hence the need to use an internal factor in the form of a specific dietetic product for the skin.

Therefore, cosmetic preparations regenerating the skin are of the type using products for use external to the human body but also a product for internal use in said human body.

The products for external use stimulate all the epidermal cells as well as the fibroblasts present in the dermis and, moreover, allow the revitalization and the hydration of the epidermis. The product for internal use, for its part, carries several elements including amino acids and trace elements.

However, it should be noted that a mixture comprising a random amount of vitamins, trace elements and amino acids is not necessarily the most effective. The product for internal use consists of amino acids, lecithin, freeze-dried royal jelly, vitamins and trace elements.

The products for external use consist of two creams and a solution. Creams for external use are made of essential oils, Roman chamomile, freeze-dried royal jelly and wheat germ oil, vitamins, biostimulins and allantoin, while the solution for external use is formed of vitamins , extracts of Aloe Vera, and biostimulins. The solution for external use uses as excipient plant extracts enriched with natural moisturizing factor such as tea extracts.

As regards the product for internal use, the mass thereof comprises 33.9% of amino acids.

These amino acids are, in equivalent proportion to one another, lysine, serine, histidine, threonine, valine and / or leucine.

The mass of the product for internal use also includes 24.2% lecithin, 22.6% lyophilized royal jelly, 19.7% vitamins including vitamins C, B6 and B12 which are found in the following respective proportions: 5.1%, 0.1% and 0.02%.

Trace elements are numerous and essential in the biosynthesis of elastin and collagen. They include selenium, zinc, magnesium, iron, manganese, copper, potassium, cobalt, germanium, phosphate, silicon, chromium and / or vanadium.

Said trace elements are found in substantially equivalent proportion to each other and form 0.02% of the mass of the product for internal use.

The two creams for external use have a composition identical to one element.

Thus, the mass of each cream for external use includes 1

% essential oil of Roman chamomile, 1.5% royal jelly, 2% wheat germ oil, 0.75% vitamins divided equally between vitamins A, E and F, 0.5% of biostimulins and 0.5 of allantoin.

One of the two daytime creams additionally includes a moisturizing factor of plant origin which is found in a proportion of 2.5% in the mass of the cream for external use containing it.

The other cream is for night use.

Creams for external use, whether day or night use, use as an excipient an emulsion of the oil-in-water type which allows to have creams for external use which have the property of having a hydrogen potential. (Ph) equal to 6.8.

The last product of these cosmetic preparations is the solution for external use. Its mass includes 10% Aloe Vera extracts, 0.5% biostimulins, but also 0.75% vitamins distributed as follows: 0.25% Vitamins A, 0.25% of vitamin E and 0.25% of vitamin F. This solution for external use has for excipient vegetable extracts enriched in natural hydrating factor, such as extracts of tea.

Numerous studies and tests in dermatological hospital settings have made it possible to reveal the harmlessness of the cosmetic preparations of the present invention and to demonstrate the regenerating and revitalizing action thereof.

The aim of the studies was to assess the properties of the complete treatment using the two creams, one for the day, the other for the night, and the solution as well as the product for internal use, the latter being presented in the form capsules.

The appreciation of the results was possible by the fact ^'that the two creams were applied on the entire face while the solution was applied to the right half-face only. This was done on ten adult volunteers for 40 days.

The results which are given below represent the measurements carried out on the 1st and the 40th day.

The administration of the capsules was daily, three times a day, that is to say in the morning, noon and evening.

The application of the regenerating day cream was daily, at eight in the morning.

The application of the regenerating and firming cream at night was daily, days around 10 pm. The application of the solution was also daily, around eight o'clock in the morning.

The application of the solution always precedes the application of the daytime regenerating and moisturizing cream.

Skin prints were made using a synthetic polymer specially used for this purpose.

Reading the footprints identified two areas: the plateaus and the furrows at the forehead.

The results are expressed in% corresponding to the surface of the skin forming the trays or the furrows compared to the 100 % of skin area studied by reference.

We note, in this table, an evolution in the direction of the widening of the plates.

Nevertheless, between the right side and the left side an important difference appears.

Between day 1 noted DAY 1H0 and day 40 noted DAY 40H0, there is an increase of 2.76% on the right side of the surface of the plates, while on the left side this increase is only 0.49%.

It therefore clearly appears that the right hemi-face on which the solution was applied has evolved more favorably than the left hemi-face.

Here again, the effects on the depth of the furrows are not the same between the right side and the left side.

The differences between the two sides are even more significant.

On the right side, there is a decrease of 2.96% in the area of the furrows, while on the left side, this decrease is only 0.24%. Again, the presence of a solution containing biostimulins makes it possible to act directly on the epidermal cells.

In this last table, we understand better the variation which affects the right hemi-face of the subjects.

Thus, between the 1st and the 40th day of treatment, the six subjects, whose epidermis thicknesses are indicated in the table above, show a substantial thickening of said epidermis.

This method therefore consists in treating the skin from the outside and from the inside at the same time with active substances. which are found at the tissue level of the skin, while participating together in the process of revitalizing said skin with proven effects on the thickening of the epidermis, on its hydration, on the enlargement of the plateaus and on the reduction of furrows.

The effects on the dermis are the increase in elastin and collagen fibers which are added to the pre-existing fibers, which firms the skin even more.

Claims

1. Cosmetic preparations regenerating the skin of the type using products for external use to the human body and a product for internal use in said human body, characterized in that the products for external use are formed by two creams and a solution, which stimulate all the epidermal cells and the fibroblasts of the dermis and which protect the epidermis and that the product for internal use is formed of capsules, which transport to the epidermal cells and to the fibroblasts, inter alia, amino acids and oligo -elements.

2. Preparations according to claim 1, characterized in that the total mass of the product for internal use comprises:

- from 33.4 to 34.4% of amino acids,

- from 23.7 to 24.7% of lecithin,

- from 22.1 to 23.1% of lyophilized royal jelly,

- from 4.8 to 5.4% of vitamin C, - substantially 0.1% of vitamin B6,

- substantially 0.02% of vitamin B12, and

- substantially 0.02% of trace elements.

3. Preparations according to any one of claims 1 or 2, characterized in that the amino acids are in equivalent proportions lysine, serine, histidine, threonine, valine and / or leucine.

6. Preparations according to any one of claims 1 or 5, characterized in that one of the two creams for external use comprises a moisturizing factor of plant origin representing substantially 2.5% of the mass of said cream for use external.
