Abstract
The invention concerns a warranty label having at least one warranty film with a printed or printable front surface (12) and a rear surface (16) coated with an adhesive material and covered by a substrate film (10). In order to form a non-adhesive tear-off strip (22) round the edge of the label, the substrate film (10) is cut through along at least part of the outer edge (18) of the warranty film, at a certain distance from this cut, a partial cut (26) is made inside the edge (18) of the warranty film (12), the partial cut extending through the substrate film but not through the warranty film.

Die Anbringung eines nichtklebenden Aufreißstreifens an einem klebenden Etikett erfordert einen erhebl ichen Aufwand, um nichtklebende und klebende Etikettentei le sauber voneinander zu trennen. Sol l eine größere Zahl an Etiketten auf einem Träger fortlaufend bedruckt werden, so ist es zunächst erforderl ich, auf der klebenden Rückseite des Etiketts eine Klebeschicht gezielt an den klebenden Stel len aufzubringen, und anschl ießend die klebende Rückseite des Etiketts auf einen fortlaufenden Träger, beispielsweise aus Wachspapier, aufzubringen. Dieser Arbeitsgang ist aufwendig und umständlich.

Beim Abheben der Etikettenschicht von der Trägerfol ie bleibt dann das zwischen dem Teildurchschnitt und dem durchschnittenen Durchschnitt l iegende Stück der Trägerfolie an der Etikettenschicht unter Ausbi ldung eines nichtklebenden Aufreißstreifens haften. Entlang der U mrandungsl inie 18 ist die Trägerfol ie 10 und, für den Fal l, daß Tei le der Etikettenschicht 12 über diese Linie hinausragen, auch di e Etikettenschicht 12 selbst, m it einem durchgeschnittenen Durchschnitt 24 versehen. Dieser Durchschnitt 24 reicht bis zu den Verbindungsstel len 28 m it den Tei ldurchschnitten 26. Die Tei ldurch¬ schnitte 26 sind so geführt, daß sie nur die Trägerfol ie 10 durchschneiden, nicht aber die Etikettenschicht 12. Sicherungsetikett mit mindestens einer Etikettenschicht (12) mit einer bedruckten bzw. bedruckbaren Vorderseite (14) und einer m it Klebematerial (20) beschichteten Kleberückseite (16), die im unabgelösten Zustand des Sicherungsetiketts mit einer Trägerfol ie (10) abgedeckt ist, wobei unter Ausbi ldung eines nichtklebenden Aufreißstreifens (22) die äußere Etikettenumrandung zumindest teilweise i m Bereich ihrer Umrandungsi inie (18) eine durch die Trägerfolie (10) durchgeschnittenen Durchschnitt (24) sowie in einem Abstand von diesem Durchschnitt (24) innerhalb der Umrandungslinie (18) der Etikettenschicht (12) einen durch die Trägerschicht (10), nicht aber durch die Etikettenschicht (12) durchgeschnittenen Teildurchschnitt (26) aufweist, wobei die von diesem und dem Durchschnitt (24) begrenzte Fläche den Aufreißstreifen bildet.1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Sicherungsetiketten nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Etiketten¬ schichten in der vorgesehenen Form mit ihren Kleberückseiten, die mit einem Klebematerial beschichtet sind, auf eine Trägerfolie aufgebracht werden, die Trägerfolie entlang des Randbereichs der Etikettenschicht oder durch die Trägerfolie und die Etikettenschicht hindurch so geschnitten werden, daß ein völ l ig durchschnittener Durchschnitt gebildet wird, entlang welchem die Etikettenschicht sich aus der Trägerfol ie herausbiegen läßt, anschließend in einem Bereich innerhalb der Etikettenschicht ein zweiter Tei ldurchschnitt angebracht wird, durch welchen nur die Trägerfol ie, nicht aber die Etikettenschicht, durchschnitten werden.7.
