Description

VORGEFERTIGTES SCHACHTELEMENT Die Erfindung betrifft ein vorgefertigtes Schachtelement für die Prefabricated manhole element The invention relates to a prefabricated manhole element for the
Production of ascending shafts, consisting of a base body, preferably made of concrete or another cement-bound material, on the inner wall of which a lining made of plastic is provided and a climbing aid consisting of individual climbing elements or climbing ladders or ladder parts is fastened.

To assemble shaft elements that are placed on a channel floor having the channel. These shaft elements usually consist of concrete rings, which are provided on the end face with recesses and projections for mutual securing of the position and which are usually equipped with a climbing aid to enable people to climb down the shaft. This climbing aid consists either of individual climbing elements, for example of metal pipes or rods, the ends of which are built into the concrete during the manufacuring process of the manhole elements, or of climbing ladders or ladder parts, which are usually retrofitted to the wall of the manhole elements that have already been completed assembled shaft are fastened by means of suitable fasteners.
It is also already known to form the shaft element and the climbing aid in one piece from concrete. However, this requires complicated and expensive molds and the manufacturing process, in particular the demoulding, is complicated with this known design. From DE-OS 22 54 818 a sewage shaft has already become known, which consists of a base body made of a relatively hard material such as asbestos cement or concrete, which base body ensures the required strength and rigidity, and of a plastic shell, through which an absolute tightness , Corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance is obtained. Depending on whether sealing and corrosion protection is required on the outside or on the inside or on both sides of the shaft wall, the plastic shell can only be provided on the outside wall, on the inside wall or on both sides of the base body.
The present invention has for its object to improve a shaft element with the structure just described so that easy installation of the climbing aid is possible with simple manufacture. To achieve this object, the invention proposes that the Plastic lining is provided with fixing devices for the climbing aid. These fixing devices enable the climbing aid to be attached in a desired, predetermined position without additional aids, while at the same time protecting the inner wall of the concrete or the like. existing basic body. There is therefore no need for any special formwork means which are only required for fixing the climbing aid and whose removal from the form by the fixed climbing aid is tedious.
The fixing devices can, for example, be bowl-shaped receptacles for parts of the climbing aid. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, openings are provided in the plastic lining, in which projections of the climbing aid are inserted. These openings allow the projections and thus the climbing aid itself to be securely fixed and prevent the climbing aid from being removed unintentionally. The openings preferably penetrate the wall of the plastic lining, the projections projecting into the base body and being anchored therein. In this case, the plastic lining forms, at least in connection with corresponding supporting or spreading devices, the formwork during the manufacture of the base body and the base body takes over at least the majority of the forces occurring when climbing the climbing aid, so that the plastic lining can be dimensioned weaker in this embodiment . In order to prevent undesired sliding out of the projections from the openings during the manufacture of the shaft element, the projections can be provided with a thickened end, the width of which at least at one point exceeds the diameter of the openings.
A particularly expedient embodiment is obtained if the fixing devices are provided on opposite side walls of a niche extending in the radial direction in the plastic lining. The fixing devices, which are preferably formed by the openings, can be easily arranged in this embodiment, in particular if the climbing aid is formed by individual straight climbing elements, and the required free space for the feet of the person using the climbing aid is also ensured. In the drawing, the invention is explained schematically using an exemplary embodiment. Fig.l shows a longitudinal section through an ascending shaft, which is composed of several shaft elements according to the invention. Fig.2 shows a cross section along the line II-II in Fig.l.
The shaft shown in FIG. 1 consists of a plurality of shaft elements 2 arranged one above the other and secured against lateral displacement by recesses and projections 1, the shaft elements 2, as can be seen from the drawing, having different heights. The shaft elements 2 consist of a base body 3 made of concrete, on the inner wall of which a lining 4 made of plastic material with appropriate strength, corrosion resistance and tightness is provided. Furthermore, a climbing aid is provided in the interior of the shaft element, which in the illustrated embodiment, as can be seen in FIG. 2, consists of straight metal rods 5. As can also be seen from FIG. 2, the plastic lining 4 has a niche 6 extending in the radial direction, the opposite side walls 7 of which are provided with openings 8 through which the rod-shaped riser elements 5 extend with their projecting ends. The climbing elements 5 are provided with a thickened end 9 which is shaped so that the climbing elements 5 cannot slide out of the openings 8 during the manufacture of the box elements. The anchoring of the thickened end, as can be seen from FIG.
Patentansprüche: Instead of the individual tubular riser elements, riser ladder parts can of course also be arranged in each shaft element 2, which are provided with projections which extend in the direction of the ends of the riser elements provided in the exemplary embodiment shown and thus likewise pass through the openings 8 in the side walls 7 of the niches 6 and are anchored in the base body 3.
