Abstract
The present invention relates to a device comprising an electrical circuit where an additional accumulation capacitor has been added. This additional capacitor is connected in parallel to the main one through a diode so that it may be loaded from a voltage converter. This device also uses a high-voltage transformer which is made in the shape of an auto-transformer having its central output connected to the electrode that is common to both capacitors and to the converter.
