Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein bioaktives Implantatmaterial mit knorpel- und/oder knocheninduzierender Aktivität, bestehend aus zwei Komponenten A und B, wobei A ein knochen- und/oder knorpelinduzierendes Protein oder Proteingemisch und bevorzugt ein oder mehrere Proteine aus der TGF-β Superfamilie, vorzugsweise MP52, oder eine hierfür kodierende DNA-Sequenz ist und B eine Trägermatrix aus Calciumphosphat-Keramik mit interkonnektierender Mikroporosität, welche allein bereits knocheninduzierende Eingeschaften besitzt, ist. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin die Herstellung dieser Verbindungen und Verwendung zur Behandlung von Erkrankungen, die den Knorpel und/oder Knochen betreffen sowie zur Behandlung von Schädigungen des Knorpel- und/oder Knochengewebes.
