Abstract

A system and a method for distributing data are described. A Primary Router (314) in a Primary Region (304) performs a local read operation to read a data record from a Primary Router Queue (312A-312C), also in the Primary Region (304). The Primary Router (314) identifies Secondary Router Queues (318A-318C) that are associated with Secondary Regions (324A, 324E, 324H) that are coupled to servers (326A-326I) that support a service type of the data record.
