Gemäß Figur 1 weist der mit einer strichlierten Linie angedeutete Datenträger eine Antennenspule l sowie einen Halbleiterchip 2 auf . Der Halbleiterchip 2 weist in bekannter Weise Speichereinheiten wie beispielsweise ein EEPROM sowie Logik- Schaltungen wie einen Mikroprozessor auf. Die Antennenspule 1 ist zur Energieübertragung zum und zur bidirektionalen Datenübertragung von und zum Halbleiterchip 2 mit diesem über ein Schaltmittel 3 verbunden. Das Schaltmittel 3 ist, wie durch einen Pfeil angedeutet ist, von außerhalb des Datenträgers durch den Benutzer betätigbar. 1. Tragbarer Datenträger, insbesondere Chipkarte, mit einer Antenne (1) und einem damit verbundenen Halbleiterchip (2) , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Antenne (1) und dem Halbleiterchip (2) ein durch den Benutzer des Datenträgers betätigbares Schaltmittel (3) angeordnet ist, so daß ein Empfang von Daten nur nach einer Betätigung des Schaltmittels (3) möglich ist.1.
