Als weiterer Nachteil ist zu sehen, daß entweder die genau Titelzusammenstellung angegeben werden muß, oder man sich in zeitraubenden und gebührenintensiven Probehörprozeduren durch das Musikangebot hindurcharbeiten muß. Nur die wenigsten Musikhörer sind in der Lage eine ausreichende Anzahl von Musiktitel konkret benennen zu können, um damit eine individuell zusammengestellte CD-R füllen zu können. Beim Einsatz von modernen Datenreduktionsverfahren wie beispielsweise MP 3 wird sich dieses Problem noch verschärfen, da dann - allerdings mit einer reduzierten Klangqualität - bereits rund 175 Musiktitel auf eine CD-R passen werden (Zeitschrift: Stereoplay, Heft 2, 1999, S. 136-137).But this offer cannot really prevail either. CD-R) des dazugehörenden Konsumenten gespielt. Über andere vereinbarte Code-Zeichen können einzelne Stücke oder die komplette Auswahl vom Konsumenten zuvor auch wieder annulliert oder in der Reihenfolge verändert werden. Nachdem der Speicherplatz des Datenträgers erschöpft ist oder wenn der Kunde es wünscht, wird ein Label mit dem jeweiligen Inhaltsverzeichnis bedruckt und der Datenträger ausgeliefert. Da die RDS-Information neben dem Sendernamen auch das Datum und die exakte Uhrzeit enthält, läßt sich über den oben bereits erwähnten Abgleich mit den Rundfunkanstalten die Zusammenstellung der gewünschten Titel ermitteln.
