Abstract

A two-part implant which is used to provide operative treatment of femoral neck fractures, comprising a sliding screw that has a threaded head on the front end thereof and a bolt which extends beyond the surface of the fracture, whereby a sliding bushing having an inserted thread on the outer periphery thereof is screwed into the other part of the bone. The two-part sliding screw is positioned in a minimally invasive manner. A stop device is arranged in between both parts to ensure that only one part can be displaced axially towards the other in a single direction.

1. Implantat zur operativen Versorgung von z. B. Schenkelhalsbrüchen, das als längliches, mindestens zweiteiliges Teil ausgebildet ist, dessen einer Teil in/an dem einen Teil des Knochens und dessen anderer Teil in/an dem gegenüberliegenden, durch den Bruch getrennten, anderen Teil des Knochens verankerbar ist, wobei zwischen den beiden Teilen des Implantats eine Arretier- Vorrichtung (13, 16) angeordnet ist, welche lediglich eine axiale Verschiebung des einen Teils des Implantats zum anderen in nur der Richtung gestattet, in der die beiden Teile des Implantats auf Schub beansprucht werden und wobei einer der Teile des Implantats als Gleithülse (5, 15) ausgebildet ist und der andere Teil des Implantats als bolzenförmiges Gleitelement ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bolzenförmige Gleitelement als Gleitschraube (7,17,27) ausgebildet ist, welche am vorderen freien Ende einen Gewindekopf (8) aufweist, der in eines der Knochenteile einschraubbar ist und dass die Gleithülse (5, 15) mindestens teilweise am Außenumfang mit einem Schraubgewinde (20) versehen ist und in dem anderen Knochenteil einschraubbar ist, wobei das axiale Verstellspiel der Gleitschraube (7,17,27) in der Gleithülse (5, 15) so gewählt ist, dass die Gleithüise (5, 15) mit ihrem lateralen Ende nicht aus der Gleithülse (5,1.
