Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système de financement commercial multi-utilisateur client/serveur destiné à assister les fabricants, les commerçants et les exportateurs pour donner des informations de financement commercial clé aux les souscripteurs d'assurances-crédits, aux courtiers d'assurance et aux institutions financières ayant d'importantes créances financières. Un tel système de financement commercial comporte plusieurs modules, parmi lesquels: une base de données d'informations des fabricants/commerçants/exportateurs et des acheteurs, une base de données d'informations sur les plafonds de crédit, un éditeur de factures/envois, un système d'entrée des paiements et ajustements des débiteurs, un filtre de facturation autorisé, un gestionnaire de remises et un générateur de rapports. Lorsque le fabricant/commerçant/exportateur établit préalablement une police d'assurance-crédit auprès d'un souscripteur d'assurance-crédit et/ou un accord financier avec une institution financière, le système de financement commercial fournit une contrôle des règles des factures en temps réel en fonction de la police ou de l'accord financier, de l'acheteur, et des limites des pays de destination. Au fur et à mesure que sont reçus les recouvrements, la capacité de crédit est de préférence augmentée pour des polices/accords financiers, des acheteurs et des pays de destination particuliers, et les remises sont envoyées immédiatement à l'institution financière. On utilise de préférence Internet afin de mettre en relation les fabricants, les commerçants et les exportateurs avec les institutions financières, les souscripteurs d'assurance-crédit et les courtiers d'assurance.The present invention relates to a multi-user client / server commercial financing system intended to assist manufacturers, traders and exporters in providing key commercial financing information to credit insurance underwriters, insurance brokers and financial institutions with large financial claims. Such a commercial financing system comprises several modules, among which: a database of information from manufacturers / traders / exporters and buyers, a database of information on credit ceilings, an invoice / shipment editor, a system for entering payments and accounts receivable adjustments, an authorized billing filter, a discount manager and a report generator. When the manufacturer / trader / exporter establishes a credit insurance policy beforehand with a credit insurance underwriter and / or a financial agreement with a financial institution, the commercial financing system provides control of the rules of invoices in real time depending on the policy or financial agreement, the buyer, and the limits of the destination countries. As collections are received, credit capacity is preferably increased for specific financial policies / agreements, buyers and destination countries, and discounts are sent immediately to the financial institution. The Internet is preferably used to connect manufacturers, traders and exporters with financial institutions, credit insurance underwriters and insurance brokers.
