Abstract

The multimedia single- and multi-grade ciphered mark-banderole, set upon products for protection and control of their identity is applicable for manufacturing and selling of all kind products as well as for their ingredients and spare parts. The mark-banderole (1) contains (is) visible digit-character personalising number (2) with or without company symbol (3) and leading symbols along the horizontal (4) and along the vertical (5) simultaneously with one (6) or several (7) (8) (9) (10) invisible cipher recorded numbers by means of one (11) or several (12) (13) (14) (15) independent ciphers, generated by different institutions, having interest in product originality. The correspondences of every visual number with one or several cipher recorded in it numbers, as well as other data intrinsic to the product, like term of validity or date of manufacturing, are treasured in one (16) or in several (17) (18) (19) (20) multi-media carriers CD-ROM/DVD-ROM data bases - any one in the institution, submitted its own ciphered number correspondingly.

Description

PRODUCT VERIFICATION SYSTEM
Sphere of Technics
The invention concerns multimedia single- and multi-grade ciphered mark- banderole upon products aimed at protection and control of their identity.
State of Art
Saving means for protection and control of product identity of the product like bar-codes, ultraviolet and laser induced light emitting inks, metal strips, cine-, hollo-, and pixel - grams are known. Their common disadvantage is the lack of personalising number in the protection itself for every product and due to that they easily become subject to falsification. The banderole protection and some cine-grams have got personalising number, but only single one - yet visible.
If a counterfeiter buys goods from concurrent manufacturer and enters the same apparent numbers, taken from the original banderoles, he could fake peacefully the product, which the original manufacturer has imagined to be protected, in this way deluding the client to buy a faked commodity.
The common disadvantages of the known markings, banderoles and protections are the following: They all haven't got invisible personalising numbers, which are difficult to be accessed and cipher protected from the illegal manufacturers; do not give the possibility to pile up such intrinsic data bases, not allowing: corruption of good manufacturers, of protective means, of taxes and security controlling institutions, etc.; Unable the client to join himself into the fight against the illegal manufacturers and to protect his own interest, using a quick and reliable verification.
Technical character of the invention
The task is resolve through insertion of single- or multi- ciphered yet invisible personalising numbers in visible one, using ciphered micro-displacement of its characters (letters) or their elements along X and Y axes, as well as increasing or decreasing of characters size or left/right rotation of the characters and so on.
The correspondence of each of so recorded ciphered personalising hidden numbers with the visible one is entered in different miltimedia CD-ROM / DVD ROM carriers, property and stored in the institution, submitted cipher for protection of given product. In this way the client, who buys the commodity shall be able to verify its identity.

Examples of Execution
The exemplary realisation of the invention is given in figures 1 to 7, wherein the last one illustrates the possibility for automatic telecommunication reading, based on a video GSM and standard MPEG 4.

1. Multimedia single- and multi-grade ciphered mark-banderol upon products for protection and control of their identity, characterised in that the visible personalising number or company symbol contains preliminary ciphered one or several personalising hidden numbers by means of displacement of characters , digits or their elements.
2. Multimedia single- and multi-grade ciphered mark-banderol set upon products for protection and control of their identity, according to claim 1, characterised in that the hidden ciphered personalising numbers are specified by different institutions, independent from each other, and the correspondence of the visible with any one of ciphered are recorded in multimedia CD-ROM/DVD-ROM carriers, separately stored by the cipher owner, generated the corresponding hidden personalising number.
