Abstract

Die Erfindung beschreibt ein Chipkartenmodul mit einer Trägerfolie (3) aus anisotrop leitendem Material und mindestens einem Halbleiterchip (1). Der Halbleiterchip (1) weist Anschlusspunkte (2) auf. Auf einer Oberfläche der Trägerfolie (3) sind direkt Kontaktflächen (4) aufgetragen. Die Trägerfolie (3) ist so zwischen dem Halbleiterchip (1) und den Kontaktflächen (4) angeordnet, dass sie durch direkten Kontakt die Anschlusspunkte (2) des Halbleiterchips (1) mit den Kontaktflächen (4) verbindet.
