Abstract

The present invention comprices a system for distribution and rendering of media content compricing a server (C1, C2, ...) for distribution of media content, and at least one terminal (A1, A2, ...) for ordering, reception, storing and rendering of media content. The server comprices a transmitter (1), a receiver (3), a processor (5), a memory (7), a software program (9), and a mobile unit or adapter of electro mechanical media (10), and is adapted for reception of an order of an audio- and or visual media content from a terminal, for ordering and reception of said media content by means of a data file from a database (D1, D2, ...), which comprices media content, and for transmission of said media content by means of a data file to the terminal. The terminal comprices a transmitter (21), a software program (29) and a means (31, 32, 33, 34) for rendering of media content, and a means (34, 36) to instruct a transmitter to submit an order to said server where said order comprices a selection of said media content, at which said receiver is adapted for reception of said selected media content form said server by means of a data file, and said rendering device is adapted for rendering of said ordered and received media content. The terminal comprices in particular a means (29) for automatic deletion of said ordered and received media content by means of a data file immediately after the expiration of a limited period of time.
