Abstract

Es ist eine Schaltungsanordung (IC1, IC2, IC3, IC4) zur Erkennung eines Fehlerzustands angegeben, bei der zur Erkennung des Fehlerzustands, beispielsweise des Bruchs einer Versorgungsleitung (VL2), unter Aufrechterhaltung der Betriebssicherheit ein erster Transistor von einem selbstleitenden Typ (S1, JF2, P1) vorgesehen ist, welcher in einem Normalbetriebszustand an seinem Steuereingang (E1) eine seinen Kanal abschnürende Spannung aufweist und in einem Fehlerzustand der Kanal des Transistors (S1, JF2, P1) niederohmig wird. Hierdurch kann vorzugsweise der Ausgang einer linearen Verstärkerstufe (PA) bei Bruch einer Versorgungsleitung (VL2) an das intakte Potential (VDD) gelegt werden.
