Abstract

L'invention concerne des constructions peptidiques fixant les récepteurs des cytokines et leurs procédés de production. Ces constructions sont de préférence des constructions peptidiques fixant les récepteurs des interférons comprenant au moins un interféron, un domaine de fixation des récepteurs introduit dans une plate-forme structurale appropriée permettant de maintenir le domaine de fixation dans une configuration adaptée à la fixation du récepteur des interférons, et un interféron. Les constructions peptidiques fixant les interférons comprennent de préférence trois domaines fixant les interférons, un des domaines fixant les interférons des interférons humains du type 1 (régions d'acides aminés 10-35, 78-107 et 123-166, de préférence 29-35, 78-95 et 130-140, respectivement), la plate-forme structurale permettant de maintenir les trois domaines dans une configuration adaptée à la fixation sur leurs sites de fixation sur le récepteur des interférons de type I. La construction résultante présente de préférence une activité biologique comparable à celle des interférons naturels.
