Abstract

An inventive system (100) for delivering a package (200) or plurality of packages, includes a transport vehicle (110) for transporting the package (200) to a destination (140), the transport vehicle (110) including a first transceiver and a computer system (115), and an electronic positioning system (130) for navigating the transport vehicle to the destination under a low-visibility condition.
