Abstract

A method of merchandising, e-commerce, barter network and vending markets whereby merchandising values of company and manufacturer products and/or services are networked: electronically and/or in-person and subsequently transposed, evaluated, accumulated, auctioned, transferred, invested, created and traded in part or whole for same, cash or combinations thereof. Merchandising values (MVs) consist of: cash back, cash value savings, shopping rewarded values, club/card membership rewards, coupons, vouchers, rebates, discount promotional values, gift value/certificates and other merchandising incentives, rewards, offers or representations thereof. MV$ (merchandising dollar (s) are derived via any MV change of original value (s) and/or offer (s) thereof and traded in part or whole for same, cash or combinations thereof. Negotiating exchange/ratio evaluations via vendor/customer, vendor/vendor, electronic and/or in-person inquisitions provides a means to create MVs for trading, accumulating and applying other MV functions. A MV and/or MV$ card, BOT, and scanner with unique applications/communications are used on the MVN and/or combined with merchant facilities/communications.

DESCRIPTION FIELD 0? INVENTION
Networking of various incentive and earned merchandising values offer manufacturing, business to business and/or retail establishments an electronic or in-person interface method on a wholesale, barter and/or retail level. BACKGROUND
Exchanging and evaluating earned and/or rewarded merchandising values is limited especially in a merging e-commerce/conventional shopping world. OBJECTS AND SUMMARY
It is the object of the enclosed invention to benefit merchant and customer by implementing a means to: exchange and evaluate merchandising earned/rewarded values (MV's) within a merchandising value network (MVN) , buy, sell, trade and/or create merchandising value dollars (MV$) realized therin or use evaluation search features i.e. MV Bots via peripherals. SUMMARY
By further amalgamation, e-commerce and conventional merchandising markets are enhanced by implementing the "Merchandising Value Network" and transposing, trading, creating, investing, evaluating and/or applying other functions of related MV's and/or MV$ .
BACKGROUND OF INVENTION '
Evolving e-commerce and conventional merchandising require advancements in related technological applications.

A MV or MV$ scanner/checker being a manufactured add-on, stand-alone or attachable, mechanical and/or electronic data processing/communicative device is used to facilitate the MVN, MV/MV$ cards/BOTS, merchant network communications and any other previously described application, communication and/or device; the MVN description paragraph 4 of this embodiment.
A MV signet identifies any participating MV merchant, company, manufacturer, barter network or vending company and is implemented with, by or on the MVN, MV and MV$ cards, BOTS, MV scanner/checkers, web sites, other media advertisements and additional communications and devices previously described in the aforementioned paragraph 4; the MVN description of this embodiment.

Claims

CLAIMS I claim:
.1) A method of merchandising, e-commerce or barter networking of a company or manufacturer product and/or service whereby earned or intrinsic values therein, also known as merchandising values (MVs) are networked and traded in part or whole for same, cash or combinations thereof. a) MVs as claimed in claim 1 include: cash back, cash value savings, rebates, travel awards, club card membership awards, coupons, vouchers, discount/promotional values, gift value/certificates or any other merchandising, shopping and/or commerce value, award, incentive, offer or representation thereof.
2) A method of networking MVs as claimed in claim 1 includes an electronic and/or in person/manual' customer's or merchant's (business to business) entry via electronic and/or mechanical devices and commu-- hications i.e. computer(s) being central processing, internet and/or intranet, web t.v., digital t.v., television, mail' data processing, bar coded data, cards being: magnetic data processing, smart, credit, debit and/or bank/financial, peripherals, cell/digital phones, scanners or any other data entry/communicative wired and/or wireless device. a) A method of networking as claimed in claim 2 is known as the "MV
Network" (.MVN) includes the MVs and communications therein.
3) A method of merchandising, e-commerce and/or barter networking as claimed in claim 1 as elected by customers and/or merchants to transpose MVs and become recognizable as MV$ . wherein any of the aforementioned are changed to, from or at: i) original stated value and/or quantity ii) ownership, iii) the point of redemption (POR) whereby redemptive values are exponentially converted to MV$ via the merchandising network (MVN). a) MV$ as claimed in claim- 3 are traded and/or evaluated with same, other MVs. or combinations thereof.
4) MVs and/or MV$ (merchandising value dollars) as claimed in claim 3 are auctioned, traded, transferred, evaluated, accumulated, purchased for cash or combined with any of same via: in person or an-e'rcommerce presentation from or by the customer and/or merchant to reveal M¥s or offers -thenepf "to '.buy, view, trade or compare transposed values. a) MVs and/or MV$ .as daime'd "in claim '3 are evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively with but not limited to comparative data i.e. previous' sale prices, current-, /or past bids and applicable expiry times. b) A method of evaluating MVs and or MV$ for eligibility: company, barter network, manufacturer specifications and/or acceptance. c) A method of accumulating singular and/or combinations o-f MVs and/ or MV$ in-a merchant, e-commerce and/or customer account for evaluation of exchange ratios by any of .same', account holders ,'O.r prospective bidders.
5) A method of merchandising, e-commerce or barter networking by/., querying same on the ϊ'iichandising value network (MVN) to exponentially create MVs by and for customers'/via a'..combination of an in- person/manual and/or electronic' inquisition with the method of- evaluation as claimed in claim 4 and application of exchange ratios therein. A method of accumulating as claimed in claim 4 includes monetary savings values in currency or combined MVs and/or MV$ to exchange for investments, doilar saving plans or other MVs and/or MV$.
A method as claimed in claims 1,2, and 3 involving any point of sale transaction, MVs, networking and transposing of same to identify MVs and/or MV$ therein with their original and respective assignee(s) i.e. manufacturer, irør-pha'n-t ,-oo.mpany o.r rcombinations -thereof via: i) corresponding transaction, sale, bill and/or- offer no. /letters ii) by attaching assigned no./ letters and have same corresponding assignee(s) as in i.or ii herein; " .until such time of final liquidation, redemption or expiry of the inherent product, service or its attached . and/or MV$.
A method as claimed in claim 1 and all other claims hitherto wit . etwork- inq of MVs and/or MV$ and having functions of same i.e. transposing, evaluating, trading, creating and/or identifying entered via an in-person and /or e-commerce MV/MV$ checker device which consists of a=manufactured add-on, stand alone or attachable, mechanical and/or electronic device or by attaching a simular device to an existing merchant device, communications or network i.e. but not restricted only to: price scanner/checkers, bar code scanners, m.a'i;ϊ. data processor/scanners, computer(s): internet, intranet, kiosk, peripheral, point oϊ sale and/or central processor, smart and/or bank credit/debit cards, cell, digital and/or smart phones or any other mechanical, i el/e;ct r'onic network :and.or device uέed to facilitate ! his claim, i) MV scanner/checker as claimed in claim 8 includes a MV and/or MV$CARD for data processing and communications of same, ii) MV scanner/checker as claimed in claim 8 includes a MV or MV$BOT to search and facilitate same with: a) MV and MV$CARD as described in claim 8i, and having electronic, magnetic or any other inscription, or microprocessor chip therein.,,b) the MV Network (MVN) or any other computer connection network, device and/or machine used in conjunc- therewith i.e. internet, intranet and/or central processor, vending, arcade, dispensary, dispenser and/or ATM- c) aB 'other communicative device, peripheral, smart, bank, debit cards, cell, digital, and/or smart phones and/or but not limited ,to _ai-,-l: data processing, bar coding, point of sale networks or any other merchandising, e-commerce, B2B, shopping and/or commerce communicative methods and/or devices therein.
