In addition, wheel mounting member attaching plates for walking are respectively attached to the same sides of the wheel mounting members. That is, if one of the wheel mounting member attaching plates for walking is placed at a left side of one of the wheel mounting members, the other wheel mounting member attaching plate for walking is also placed at a left side of the other wheel mounting member. And a base plate for walking is attached to the lower surface of the frame supporting member.
Additionally, the frame has a boot supporting plate combined to a sole of the boot; a rotation axle fixing stand formed to be projected at the lower center of the boot supporting plate; torsion spring supporting members which are fixed to the lower surface of the boot supporting plate such that one is placed at an opposing side to the other centering around the rotation axle fixing stand with a predetermined distance; rotation axle supporting rings respectively combined to the lower surfaces of the torsion spring supporting members; a rotation lever torsion spring formed at the rear side of the rotation axle fixing stand to be inserted to a bolt which passes through the boot supporting plate; and a rotation lever combined at the lower portion of the rotation lever torsion spring by a nut.
One end of the rotation lever torsion spring is supported by the rotation lever and the other end thereof is supported by the torsion spring supporting member.
Further, the rotation axle has a rotation axle projection which perpendicularly passes through the circumference of the rotation axle and is bent in one direction; rotation axle torsion springs which are respectively inserted to the inner sides of the rotation axle supporting rings through both ends of the rotation axle, the torsion spring supporting members supporting one ends of the rotation axle torsion springs; and rotation axle torsion spring supporting screws which are respectively fixed to the inner circumferences of the rotation axle torsion springs and support the other ends of the rotation axle torsion springs. The rotation lever is designed to operate in a reverse direction of the processing direction of the wheel.
