Abstract

The present invention relates to a non-mechanical blower or apparatus for delivering warm or cool air to the passenger area of a vehicle, the non-mechanical blower or air delivery apparatus comprising a conduit (10) having a series of baffles (11) extending across the conduit to create a serpentine path for air to flow from the intake or inlet (12), past alternating cold and hot surface thermoelectric devices, (14, 15) and exit through the exhaust (13) to condition a vehicle's interior.
