Abstract

Für ein Verfahren zur Bahnsteuerung mittels einer Numerischen Steuerung (5) wird vorgeschlagen, die Geschwindigkeitsführung der Linearachsen (X, Y, Z) und der Winkelachsen (A, B) einer Werkzeugmaschine (1) zu trennen. Das Geschwindigkeitsprofil der Winkelachsen (A, B) wird dann stärker verrundet als das Geschwindigkeitsprofil der Linearachsen. Dadurch entstehende Positionierfehler des Werkzeugs (2) gegenüber dem Werkstück (3) werden durch Ausgleichsbewegungen in den Linearachsen (X, Y, Z) korrigiert. Diese Aufgabe kann vorteilhaft von einer in modernen mehrachsigen Werkzeugmaschine meist bereits vorhandenen RTCP-Einheit (6) übernommen werden. Durch die geringeren Beschleunigungen in den Winkelachsen ergibt sich eine verbesserte Oberflächenqualität oder wahlweise auch eine höhere Bearbeitungsgeschwindigkeit.
