背景技术
一般对于股骨颈接合方式, 不外乎以一板状钢材覆盖, 再以一钉体 打入股骨内固定, 但由于常用结构设计不良, 令其除了在固定包覆上不 稳定的缺点外, 更有令新长出的血管与骨痂无法有效的将钢材包覆, 因 此造成板状钢材无法完全与股骨结合成一体并受到保护, 进而造成该股 骨与包覆的钢材承受力量有限且有容易分离的缺点, 在实用性上大打折 扣, 增加患者的痛苦, 这种种缺失, 长久以来, 一直困扰着医疗业者及 患者。
为了解决上述的缺点, 于是有股骨颈保护装置的出现, 其设有一 内呈中空状的套筒, 该套筒中设有贯穿套筒的螺栓, 如此, 可保护该股 骨颈不致受到再次伤害, 但因此种装置在使用时, 必需先将已受伤毁损 的股骨头借由手术切削成恰可套合在该套筒的形状, 使套筒恰可套合在 该经切削后的股骨头上, 并 ί吏该套筒凸缘可紧密贴合在股骨颈表面上, 再借有螺栓将套筒锁合在与股骨颈连接的股骨上, 而现今普遍安装的方 式, 皆是用手术刀及手术用的磨刀, 并借由操刀者的经验, 将股骨颈慢 慢切削成所需的形状, 如此, 不但使手术时间长, 且无法精确将股骨切 削呈所需的大小, 更可能在过程中造成病人痛楚的产生。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能有效克服上述缺陷, 可令 股骨颈保护装置轻易套合在受损的股骨颈上, 而能减低手术时间, 并减 低病人痛楚的安装股骨颈保护装置的器具。 本发明解决其技术问题所采 用的技术方案为, 一种安装股骨颈保护装置的器具, 其特点在于: 一夹 持座, 该夹持座上设有一固定件, 该固定件是由两个形状相同的环套组 成, 该等环套一端是枢接在一起, 另一端则可开合, 且该夹持座在固定 件相对位置上设有与之保持一定距离且活动的定位件, 该定位件设有一 幵槽; 一塑骨器, 其是穿套在夹持座上, 该塑骨器上设有一支杆, 该支 杆上套设有一定位块, 且该支杆接设有一套筒, 该套筒开口端边缘设有 锯齿。 由于采用上述方案, 不难得出本发明具有如下有益效果, 本发明 结构合理, 构思巧妙, 在使用时, 可随股骨颈的大小, 将固定件加以调 整, 以使该固定件可夹持固定在股骨颈上, 再将钻头穿套在定位件中, 向定位件指定的位置在股骨头上钻孔后, 将塑骨器穿套在定位件中, 借 由塑骨器套合在股骨颈周边的部分, 如此, 即可将股骨头研磨成所需的 形状后, 而令进行手术的人, 可轻易将股骨颈保护装置安装在该股骨颈 上, 具有使用简单、 安装容易的功效, 具推广价值。

具体实施方式
请参见图 1、 2所示, 本发明一种安装股骨颈保护装置的器具, 该 器具上设有一夹持座 10, 该夹持座 10上设有一固定件 20, 该固定件 20 是呈喇叭扩张状, 且该固定件 20是由两个呈半圆弧体的环套 21组成, 该等环套 21 向内缩合的一端设有向上延伸的凸缘 211, 且该等凸缘 211 一端上设有活动且连结在一起的枢件 22, 以令该等环套 21可借枢件 22 的连结, 可结合在一起并达到可开合的目的, 又, 该等环套 21 在另一 端的端缘表面上则分别设有互相配合的嵌体 23及齿排 24, 其中齿排 24 上设有复数个等距的凸阶 241, 以令使用时, 可随股骨颈的尺寸, 将嵌 体 23嵌套在齿排 24其中一凸阶 241上, 而使该固定件 20可紧紧圈套 在股骨颈上, 不致随意转动 (如图 4所示)。
另, 该固定件 20在其中一环套 21—定位置上枢接有一活动的支撑 杆 31, 该支撑杆 31是借由插销 311的插套, 而与在环套 21的枢座 212 连结在一起, 以使该支撑杆 31可以一定倾斜角度固定在固定件 20上, 亦可向外移动, 且该支撑杆 31另一端则接设有一与固定件 20相对的定 位件 30, 于本实施例为一盘体, 该定位件 30上设有一凹入的平面 32, 该平面 32中设有一开槽 33, 且该平面 32周缘设有凹入的嵌槽 321, 该 嵌槽 321上嵌置有一贴合在平面 32上的定位块 34, 该定位块 34上设有 一与开槽 33相对的穿孔 341 (如图 5所示)。
请参见图 7、 8、 9所示, 该夹持座 10上设有一塑骨器 40, 该塑骨 器 40上设有一支杆 41 ,该支杆 41上可套设有一定位块 44,且该支杆 41 一端可与旋转座 42相接, 另一端则接设有一套筒 43, 该套筒 43开口端 边缘设有锯齿 431。
使用时, 请参见图 3、 4、 5、 6、 7、 8、 9、 10所示, 先将固定件 20 的环套 21嵌合的一端打开(如图 3所示), 将固定件 20圈套在股骨颈 上, 再视受损的股骨头的尺寸, 将一环套 21上的嵌体 23嵌套在另一环 套 21的齿排 24—凸阶 241上, 使固定件 20可牢牢固定在股骨颈上(如 图 4所示), 再将定位块 34嵌套在定位件 30上后 (如图 5所示), 将钻 头 50穿套在穿孔 341中, 并深至股骨颈表面上, 以使该钻头 50可在穿 孔 341 的限制下, 在固定位置上转动, 并在股骨头预定中心位置上钻出 一个具一定深度的孔 (如图 6所示)。
尔后, 将钻头 50抽出股骨头后, 将定位件 30向外移动 (如图 7所 示), 使塑骨器 40的套筒 43套合在股骨颈周边, 再将定位件 30移回原 来的位置上, 并将在支杆 41上的定位块 44移至与定位件 30相对位置 上, 同时使定位块 44嵌套在定位件 30的平面 32上, 以令该塑骨器 40 再进行研磨时, 可以定位件 30为中心, 并在定位件 30的开槽 33限制 下, 转动套筒 43, 使股骨头周边在套筒 43上的锯齿 431切割研磨下, 形成所需的形状 (如图 8所示) 后, 将夹持座 10与塑骨器 40取离该股 骨颈 (如图 9所示), 如此, 即可令进行手术的人, 可轻易将股骨颈保 护装置 60安装在股骨颈上(如图 10所示), 具有使用简单、 安装容易 的功效。

权利要求
1、 一种安装股骨颈保护装置的器具, 其特征在于: 一夹持座, 该 夹持座上设有一固定件, 该固定件是由两个形状相同的环套组成, 该等 环套一端是枢接在一起, 另一端则可开合, 且该夹持座在固定件相对位 置上设有与之保持一定距离且活动的定位件, 该定位件设有一开槽; 一 塑骨器, 其是穿套在夹持座上, 该塑骨器上设有一支杆, 该支杆上套设 有一定位块, 且该支杆接设有一套筒, 该套筒开口端边缘设有锯齿。
2、 按权利要求 1 所述的一种安装股骨颈保护装置的器具, 其特征 在于: 所述定位件上嵌置一定位块, 该定位块上设有一与开槽相对的穿 孔。
3、 按权利要求 1 或 2所述的一种安装股骨颈保护装置的器具, 其 特征在于: 所述固定件是由两形状相同的环套组成, 该等环套一端枢接 在一起, 另一端则设有互相配合的嵌体及齿排。
