- the lower electrode layer is separated from a sealing portion of the sealing substrate, and the upper electrode is separated from the lower electrode layer by a force covering the entire plurality of display elements and at least a part of the puncture layer. It covers the whole and reaches the inside of the sealing portion of the sealing substrate. Thereby, deterioration of the lower electrode layer can be prevented.
