Description

Advertising System Using Mobile Phone And The Method Thereof Technical Field
The present invention relates to an advertising system using a mobile phone and the method thereof, and in particular to an advertising system using a mobile phone and the method thereof in which a user receives a certain income from an advertisement owner or a service provider who performs an advertisement service, and an advertisement owner enhances a performance of an advertisement in such a manner that a mobile phone subscriber continuously views advertisements even when a mobile phone subscriber powers on an advertisement and uses a character writing function, and to an advertisement system and a method thereof using a mobile phone capable of providing a certain income to an advertisement owner and a customer in such a manner that a corresponding product advertisement is customized based on a customer's trend and preference using a mobile phone and is provided to a customer, and a corresponding product advertisement is automatically viewed to a customer. BACKGROUND ART
In a mobile phone that is commonly used and is capable of performing a wireless communication, a mobile phone of a certain company provides a discount of a charge of a wired telephone or a cellular phone (mobile phone, hand phone) on the condition that a voice advertisement and image advertisement are viewed by a user or provides a free charge of a communication. However, in a voice advertisement communication based on a condition that an advertisement sound is inserted instead of a telephone signal sound during a communication of a telephone call, a caller cannot recognize the advertisement even when the caller is connected, and a receiver receives the call. In the advertisement insertion during the communication, a disconnection of a communication may occur, and the receiver of the telephone hears an advertisement for thereby making inconvenience. In the case of a letter writing or a mobile game or in the case of other mobile functions, an advertisement may disappear. Therefore, it is impossible to achieve a desired purpose of advertisement. The advertisement is randomly performed, neglecting the customer's trends and preference, so that a customer may have a negative effect with respect to the advertisement. Therefore, a new advertisement technique for performing a customer marketing using a mobile phone is urgently needed.
In addition, in the advertisement providing methods using a conventional cellular phone and a mobile communication terminal, there is an advertisement providing method in which an advertisement owner provides a product or a service advertisement to a customer through a universal communication network for a voice communication such as a telephone network or the Internet network. An example of the advertisement providing system using a mobile communication terminal will be described with reference to Figure 1. Figure 5 is a view illustrating the entire construction of a mobile communication system performing a video data communication in connection with a conventional communication network. As shown in Figure 5, in the motion picture advertisement and communication service system, there are a plurality of base stations 400 connected through an antenna ANT, a mobile communication terminal 300 in the sides of a plurality of transmitters and receivers for achieving a video data and voice data communication, a mobile communication switch 500 connected with the base station 400 through a communication network and connected with the mobile communication terminal 300 through a communication way based on a mobile communication service for thereby controlling each base station 400, and a video advertisement communication unit 600 that receives a video advertisement data from an advertisement owner 700 and stores and manages the same wherein the stored video advertisement data is transferred to the mobile communication switch 500 through the communication network 800 or the video advertisement data is transferred to the mobile communication switch 500 through an offline. However, the above advertisement providing method using the cellular phone and mobile communication terminal is designed to provide an advertisement by a limited method such as a character or voice. Therefore, it is impossible to obtain a desired advertisement effect. In addition, a corresponding product advertisement is not customized in maximum based on a customer's age and trend and preference, so that it is impossible to achieve a big attention from customers. DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION
Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide an advertisement system using a mobile communication terminal and a method of the same in which a user automatically views an advertisement message when a mobile phone is turned on or a folder is opened and is switched to an open state. It is another object of the present invention to provide an advertisement system using a mobile communication terminal and a method of the same in which a corresponding product advertisement is customized in maximum based on a customer's age and trend and preference using a mobile communication terminal and is provided to a customer, and a corresponding product advertisement is automatically viewed to a customer, so that an advertisement owner and a customer have a certain income, respectively.
