DISPOSABLE PANTY HYGIENIC BAND
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a disposable panty hygienic band, and
in particular to a disposable panty hygienic band wherein a woman having a
large amount of menstruation blood can conveniently use a disposable panty
hygienic band as panties, and a disposable panty hygienic band is conveniently
used in panties, and a smooth feeling is achieved during a use of the same, and
a disposable panty hygienic band is disposable for thereby maximizing a
convenience in use.
Background Art
Generally, women have a menstruation for about 4~7 days per month.
The amount of menstruation is different from each other. A starting date of
menstruation is different. When a menstruation starts, a small amount of blood
comes out. The amount of menstruation blood is gradually increased in 2~3
days. At the time when the amount of menstruation blood is maximized, many
women avoid to use a common hygienic band because a menstruation blood
leaks to the outside of the hygienic band. In order to overcome the above
problem, women generally use a diaper for infants. In this case, a wearing state
of diaper can be easily recognized from the outside, so that women wear skirts.
Disclosure of Invention
Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a
disposable panty hygienic band that overcomes the problems encountered in
the conventional art.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a disposable
panty hygienic band that can be used instead of a panty and can be easily worn
in the interior of a panty. The disposable panty hygienic band is disposable after
it is used for thereby maximizing a convenience in use.
It is further another object of the present invention to provide a
disposable panty hygienic band in which a fabrication cost is low. The position
of an absorbent can be adjusted.
To achieve the above objects, there is provided a disposable panty
hygienic band that is characterized in that a non-woven fabric 10 having a good
absorbent property and an aeration cover 20 are adhered by a high frequency
melting method and are formed in an exploded triangle panty shape, and an
adhering part 30 is formed at both sides of a rear part 16, and an adhered part
40 adhered with an adhering part 30 of the rear part 16 is provided at both sides
of the front part 12, and an absorbent member 50 is inserted between the non-
woven fabric 10 and the aeration cover 20 in a longitudinal direction, and the
non-woven fabric 10 and the aeration cover 20 are adhered to both sides of the
rear end of the absorbent member 50 by a high frequency melting method in a
reversed triangle shape for thereby forming a fixing part 60.

Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
The preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described
with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Figure 1 is a perspective view illustrating an exploded state of a
disposable panty hygienic band according to the present invention, Figure 2 is a
cross sectional view taken along the line A-A of Figure 1 , and Figure 3 is a
perspective view illustrating a wearing state of a disposable panty hygienic band
according to the present invention.
In the disposable panty hygienic band according to the present invention,
a non-woven fabric 10 having a good absorbent property and an aeration cover
20 are adhered each other by a high frequency melting method and are formed
in a triangle shaped panty. An adhering part 30 is provided at both sides of a
rear part 16. An adhered part 40 adhered to an adhering part 30 of the rear part
16 is provided at both sides of a front part 12. An absorbent material 50 is
provided between the non-woven fabric 10 and the aeration cover 20 in a
longitudinal direction. The non-woven fabric 10 and the aeration cover 20 are
adhered to both sides of the rear part of the absorbent material 50 in a reverse
triangle shape by a high frequency melting method for thereby forming a fixing
part 60.
As shown in Figure 1 , in the disposable panty hygienic band, the aeration
cover 20 is integrally adhered to a smooth non-woven fabric 10 by a high
frequency melting method in a triangle shape. The edge portions of the non-
woven fabric 10 and the aeration cover 20 and the edge portion with a flower
pattern for a good look are adhered by the high frequency melting method.
An adhering part 30 is provided at both sides of the rear part 16 of the
exploded non-woven fabric 10, and an adhered part 40 is formed in a front
portion of the non-woven fabric 10. The adhering part 30 may be formed of a
magic tape 34.
The adhering part 30 is adhered to the front part 12 and both sides and is
selectively detachable with the front part 12 that is the adhered part 40.
The above construction is achieved for providing a certain convenience
to the user. The wearing and separation of the disposable panty hygienic
band according to the present invention is quickly achieved based on the
attachment and detachment of the magic tape 34, so that the user can
conveniently change in the narrow area.
The absorbent material 50 is attached to the non-woven fabric 10 and
the center part 14 of the cover 20 in the longitudinal direction. The absorbent
material 50 is formed in such a manner that a thin non-woven fabric is fixedly
inserted between a pair of paper sheets having a good absorbent property,
and the outer sides of the same are integrally formed by a high frequency
melting method. The length of the absorbent material 50 is determined based
on the position of a woman's vulva, and the absorbent material 50 is
extended to the rear ends of the non-woven fabric 10 and the aeration cover
20.
A rubber string 70 is installed at both sides of the portion in which the
non-woven fabric 10 is installed and at both sides of the absorbent material
50, respectively, so that the blood of the menstruation is not leaked to the
outside.
Here, the panty hygienic band has a certain contractive force by the
rubber string 70 installed at both sides of the non-woven fabric 10 and at both
sides of the absorbent member 50.
As shown in Figure 2, an assistant guide 52 protruded at a certain height
is formed on the upper surface of the absorbent material 50. The assistant
guide 52 is designed in such a manner that blood is not leaked to the outside
by the assistant guide 52 when the menstruation blood flows, but is gathered
in the direction of the center. Here, a pair of the assistant guides 52 are
provided, so that the assistant guides 52 closely contact with both sides of the
woman's vulva.
A reverse triangle shaped fixing part 60 is provided at both sides with
respect to the absorbent member 50 at the rear end 16 of the absorbent
member 50. Here, the fixing part 60 is formed in such a manner that the non-
woven fabric 10 and the aeration cover 20 are adhered by a high frequency
melting method. Even when a large amount of menstruation blood flows,
while exceeding a soaking degree of the absorbent material 50, the fixing part
60 operates as an assistant absorbent member, so that the menstruation
blood is not leaked to the outside.
The operation of the disposable panty hygienic band according to the
present invention will be described.
When the user has a menstruation period, the absorbent material 50 of
the exploded disposable panty hygienic band is closely contacted with the
user's vulva, and the magic tape 34 of the rear part 12 of the non-woven
fabric 10 is fixedly attached to the front part 12. At this time, if the position of
the absorbent member 50 is not aligned, since the menstruation blood may
be leaked to the outside, the magic tape 34 is separated from the front part 12
that is the adhered part 40, and the user's vulva is accurately positioned
between a pair of the assistant guides 52. Thereafter, the position of the front
part 12 of the non-woven fabric 10 is adjusted and fixed with the magic tape
34. In the above state, the assistant guides 52 of the absorbent member 50
and the user's vulva are accurately aligned, so that the menstruation blood is
absorbed only at the inner portions of the absorbent member 50.
In addition, as shown in Figure 3, in a state that the absorbent member
50 is closely fixed, the fixing part 60 is closely contacted with the lower sides of
the user's hip for thereby achieving a good wearing feeling. Even when the
menstruation blood is over-outputted, since the fixing part 60 operates as an
assistant absorbent member, it is possible to achieve a stable and convenient
wearing operation during the menstruation period.
Industrial Applicability
As described above, in the disposable panty hygienic band according to
the present invention, the women having a large amount of menstruation blood
can use the present invention instead of the panty and can conveniently use in
the inner side of the panties. The disposable panty hygienic band is disposable
after it is used for thereby maximizing the use of the same. The fabrication cost
is low. It is a good function property, so that the user fells a large satisfaction.
As the present invention may be embodied in several forms without
