Abstract

The invention can be used for lines for rubber extraction from used automobile tires. The aim of said invention is to improve the reliability of the bead ring extraction from an automobile tire and to increase the degree of rubber removal therefrom respecting ecological standards. The tire is radially cut into fragments. Afterwards, a bead ring section is extracted from each fragment by drawing said section, which is attached by the middle part thereof, through the metering orifice of a horizontal plate by means of a drawing element. Said element is embodied in the form a vertically elongated plate provided with a hook on the lower end thereof. Said hook is used for holding the middle part of the bead ring section which belongs to the tire fragment arranged on the horizontal plate. Said bead ring section is drawn from top downward through the metering orifice of the plate and simultaneously pressed on both sides thereof under the plate against the side planes of the drawing element.
