Abstract

An online invoicing system that enables buyers and suppliers to exchange purchase orders and invoices electronically is disclosed. The system includes a buyer-side hosted web application architecture that can be accessed by suppliers. The online invoicing system is designed to provide for secure and paperless transactions between buyers and sellers.
