BACKGROUND ART
In general, in order to activate the circulation of digital contents and to promote online electronic commercial dealings, marketing means such as cyber money, cash-bags, points, recommendations, introductions, reverse auctions, auctions, and a pyramid method have been adopted. These means have simply led consumers to spend money by stimulating consumers' desires in forms of wired and wireless Internets and integrated on/off lines and by providing special benefits. However, as noted from various materials related to electronic commercial dealings, they have not been significantly effective in leading consumers to spend money and have raised new problems in that consumers do not know how to spend the accumulated points and the cash-bag cyber money, which have raised social problems. For example, small amounts of points and cash-bag cyber money are accumulated, most of them are extinguished on extinctive prescription. In order to have available points and cash-bag cyber money accumulated, a user must spend a large amount of money and time, which leads the user to unnecessarily spend money. Also, providers of web sites and content providing sites have tried to get paid.
However, such trials have been successful only in regard to specific items such as bells, games, avatar, and adult movies. In particular, in the case of the Internet charged movies and music (such as audios and music videos) to which great attentions and investments have been paid and made, markets are not activated such that providers have significant difficulties. Also, in terms of economies of nations having high-speed infra, diversified markets of the electronic commercial dealings and charged content industries must be found.
