Abstract

The present invention concerns a system of remote monitoring of and/or remote intervention in at least one surveyed site, comprising, for each surveyed site (1): - at least one local apparatus (3), comprising first means (5) and second means (7, 11, 12, 15) of communication, and a processing unit (6) apt to control said at least one local apparatus (3) and to process information received form said first means (5) of communication; - one or more distributed components (2, 2A, 2B, 2C) of monitoring and/or of intervention, provided with third means of communication (4) apt to connect with said first means (5) of communication; the system further comprising one or more radioterminals (13), provided with fourth means (16) of communication (4) apt to connect with said second means (7, 11, 12, 15) of communication through one or more Internet Protocol or IP networks (8), each one of said one or more radioterminals (13) being apt to receive from said at least one local apparatus (3) data provided by at least one of said one or more distributed components (2, 2A, 2B, 2C) in multimedia format. The present invention further concerns the method executed by the system, and apparatuses and instruments forming the system.
