Abstract

[5] In multi-level marketing as a conventional selling form, a process in which a consumer who uses products sold by a multi-level marketer becomes a seller of a selling organization, and purchases corresponding products or resell them to other consumers is sequentially performed level by level. The conventional multi-level marketing system is based on selling that is directly carried out on members by a marketing company as well as selling that is performed on a member from a sponsor of the member within a system, but does not provide allowance, fee or the like.
[6] The conventional multi-level marketing company adds members to a marketing system, and is dependent upon the number of traders or members which are associated with a marketing company in order to promote and market products and services. Ac- cordingly, these companies that do business on the Internet request purchasers to buy their products through a web page, which is sponsored by one of members of a marketing company. [8] Accordingly, a pull down co-work marketing model and system according to the present invention has been made in view of the above problems occurring in the prior art, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a pull down co-work marketing system of community formation through realization of mutual benefit among economic subjects, wherein enterprise resource planning (ERP) of personnel, salary, transaction and purchase is constructed, and an account-oriented consumption account and supply account have the equivalent status through society and mobile customer management, pull down co-work marketing tool, etc., by constructing a web server configuration system in minimum access mode using a customer computer or a mobile.

[68] As shown in FIG. 11, in the principle of the present invention, if a member who has completed 3 transactions wants to an additional transaction, the member is issued with a new account, and is newly admitted into a member group of a next transaction level. The member generates allowance and can create new transaction. Existing lower group members are supplied with generated allowance.
[69] For example, in the case of a 3-transaction leg mode, a member A being the first member induces next three transaction level accounts including B, and completes a transaction with a company in principle. The member B then becomes a new upper account to induce a new buyer. [85] The payment of allowance by a company is guaranteed to members who have participated in the transaction at the lowest level. The members can receive a normal transaction allowance regardless of accomplishment of transactions according to a systemized process. If there exist a member having nothing accomplishment within 14 days being a guarantee period, the member is paid with ahead allowance from a company. Thus, damage due to real transactions can be prevented, and an allowance to be paid when subsequent accomplishment occurs is deducted. At this time, the amount of allowance pre-paid is the net loss amount that has to be covered by a member if a transaction is not completed. Furthermore, if a transaction is completed without accomplishment, the total amount that has been paid by a member is refunded.

[89] Moreover, during the process of making profits, members have the relation in which the members participate in a transaction based on mutual reliability. As the relation becomes firm through mutual assistance of exchange of work mode and a group on a unit basis is formed in the evolution process of a transaction, it is naturally switched to a society and is then formed as a group that is suited for perform social activities of other purposes. Moreover, a predetermined portion of profits that are obtained on the basis of community reliability among members is restored, for example, a tithe system is recommended. Thus, resources can be secured, and this transaction group can be switched to a single society and can be recommended to actively participate in various service activities for accomplishing a mission.
[90] Meanwhile, in the present invention, persons who need a stable income source, such as the aged, credit delinquency men and the young unemployed, which are major social issues, are given with a member, i.e., the status of a staff. Thus, they can get allowance on a monthly basis, take out major four insurance policies and can be treated as business men or a wholesaler that seeks a consumer of a next level. It is expected that this kind of personnel management method can significantly contribute to solving pending social problems, such as problems of the young unemployed, the aged and credit delinquency men.
[91] FIG. 3 shows a marketing flowchart for explaining the pull down co-work marketing system of community formation through realization of mutual benefit among economic subjects according to the present invention. FIG. 5 illustrates configuration screens, which are displayed using the pull down co-work marketing system of community formation through realization of mutual benefit among economic subjects according to the present invention. FIG. 6 is a screen showing the WAP scenario of a mobile service using the pull down co-work marketing system of community formation through realization of mutual benefit among economic subjects.
[92] A user has access to a home page main (see FIG. 5) of a web server through the personal computer 20 or mobile phone shown in FIG. 1. The home page main can be divided into member management and staff management depending upon member registration using corresponding web servers 19, 19' and 19" of the marketing system 10 in the database server 16. A non-member can perform company introduction, a product catalog, member registration, etc.
[93] The member management performs a supply account and a consumption account in a 3-transaction unit as a basis function. At this time, if three transactions are carried out, exchange of work is generated and is then provided to other consumption account groups. The right of a new supply account is acquired as new admission. A refund co- efficient(sanghwan coefficient) is assigned through change in the role of the supply account and the consumption account. If three transactions are not performed or the refund coefficient(sanghwan coefficient) is assigned, direct transaction management is carried out. In direct transaction management, registration of a transaction, a transaction history, selling profit management, a product catalog and delivery tracking, etc. are performed through a corresponding database.
[94] In the staff management, society management and ERP solution (see FIG. 5) are performed through Intranet. The society management includes society joining, activity management, society fee management, activity support history, and the like using a database. The ERP solution includes purchase management, personnel management, financial management, transaction accomplishment management, exchange of work management, refund coefficient(sanghwan coefficient) management, delivery management, etc. The purchase management includes vendor management and product management. The personnel management includes salary management, four major insurance management, welfare management and society management. The exchange of work management includes transaction history and selling profit management. The refund coefficient(sanghwan coefficient) management includes leg management, and the delivery management is a delivery status.
[95] If the mobile service shown in FIG. 5 is received, an image business card, and guide information within a web site are written between a job manager and a customer (a member), and is then transmitted via short message service (SMS), as shown in FIG. 6. After joining to a supply account and consumption account owner, a member receives SMS, and mage information main is carried while the SMS is received. The image information main displays an image business card, a product photo, a staff history view, etc.
[96] FIG. 4 shows a flow of a community formation and development process in the pull down co- work marketing system of community formation through realization of mutual benefit among economic subjects according to the present invention. In pull down co- work marketing, a community formation process and a community development process are performed.
[97] In the community formation process, a first supply account is created, a transaction is generated, and the margin is accurately accounted. After an existing supply account is extinct, the role of consumers is reversed, and a new supply account is then created. An existing account transaction also begins as exchange of work is generated, and a refund coefficient(sanghwan coefficient) is assigned. An account for each level shrinks due to the refund coefficient(sanghwan coefficient), and a community of a diamond- shaped unit is thus formed.
[98] In the community development process, a number of communities are formed, a society of a community unit is organized, and social activities of the society are activated. A security device of a company is guaranteed, and a legal staff status is assigned, thus contributing to the society through unemployment relief. Increased rights and interests, and public profits of consumers are realized. Thus, this process can be expanded into an inter-business and inter-country marketing model.
[99] The pull down co-work marketing system constructed above according to the present invention can overcome the limitation of network marketing model that develops into an one-time marketing model and pyramid organization in which transaction is carried out 1 : 1 between a seller and a buyer, and causes great damage in case of buyers of a lower level, and can become a marketing organization model in which a seller and a buyer are consistent to each other, and all participants of transactions can get win- win result through the introduction of the exchange-of-work mode being a traditional mutual assistance system.
[100] As a process in which a seller finds a buyer, and the buyer becomes a seller to find a new buyer is repeatedly performed, products and money are circulated, and persons who participate in a transaction get profits. Moreover, the status of a seller and the status of a buyer is changed several times as the level is repeated, unlike the one-sided relation in which the seller and the buyer do a transaction with their position always being fixed. However, any transaction is beneficial to both the buyer and seller. Thus, all persons who participate in the transaction are all satisfied, which forms a community in which the members try to keep the relation.
[101] This community is a community that is naturally expanded and reproduced with spontaneous customers becoming the center unlike an existing secondary community based on interests having strong personality. As a result, the community can serve as a basic unit that can propel meaningful social activities or service activities by surpassing the range of a simple transaction. This community can be applied to the relation between countries as well as the transaction between persons and companies, and can eventually become a new business mode that can realize global marketing, i.e., globalization.
[102] Industrial Applicability
[103] As described above, according to the present invention, a web server configuration system is configured in minimum access mode using a customer computer or a mobile. Enterprise resource planning (ERP) of personnel, salary, transaction and purchase can be constructed, and society and mobile customer management, a pull down co-work marketing tool, etc. can be performed. It is thus possible to provide a pull down co- work marketing system of community formation through realization of mutual benefit among economic subjects so that a consumption account and a supply account have the equivalent status through an account orientation.

Claims
[1] A pull down co-work marketing system of community formation through realization of mutual benefit among economic subjects, wherein a customer has access to a home page main of a web server within a marketing system through an Internet network using a personal computer or a mobile phone, the home page main being a configuration system of a corresponding web server and being divided into member management and staff management by means of a database server depending upon whether a member has been registered, at which time in case of a non-member, the home page main being configured to perform company introduction, product catalog, and member registration; wherein the member management generates exchange of work and provides the exchange of work to other consumption account groups if three transactions are carried out when a supply account and a consumption account are performed in a 3-transaction unit as a basis function, acquires the right of a new supply account as new admission, assigns a refund coefficient(sanghwan coefficient) as a null account through change in the role of the supply account and the consumption account, and if three transactions are not performed or the refund co- efficient(sanghwan coefficient) is assigned, allows direct transaction management to be carried out; and wherein the staff management performs society management and an ERP solution through Intranet, the society management including society joining, activity management, society fee management and activity support history using a database, and the ERP solution including purchase management, personnel management, financial management, transaction accomplishment management, exchange of work management, refund coefficient(sanghwan coefficient) management and delivery management.
[2] The pull down co-work marketing system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the configuration system of the web server includes a web server 1, a web server2 and a web server3 through a L4 switch of minimum access mode, a hosting control server and a L2 switch, and includes construction of ERP of personnel, salary, transaction and purchase, society and mobile customer management, and a pull down co-work marketing tool.
[3] The pull down co-work marketing system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the direct transaction management includes registration of a transaction, a transaction history, selling profit management, a product catalog and delivery tracking through corresponding databases, and the exchange of work management of the ERP solution includes transaction history and selling profit management, and the refund coefficient(sanghwan coefficient) management is coefficient application management.
[4] A pull down co-work marketing system of community formation through realization of mutual benefit among economic subjects, wherein in a marketing system, a storage and a hosting control server are connected to a L4 switch of minimum access mode, which is connected to a firewall, and in a system having a web server 1, a web server2 and a web server3 through a L2 switch connected to the hosting control server, pull down co-work marketing is performed in an ERP solution internal process and direction, wherein selling profits and an accurate account are performed in 3 transaction unit in supply account and a consumption account as a basic configuration, an existing supply account loses the authority of the supply account after completing three transactions, exchange of work is provided to other consumption account groups after completing three transactions, new admission acquires the authority of a new supply account after the exchange of work is provided, and the role of the supply account and the consumption account is changed through the exchange of work after completion of three transactions; wherein in assigning a refund coefficient(sanghwan coefficient), the status of a 2-level downward new supply account is assigned, causing acceleration of a transaction on a level basis and abrupt change of supply/consumption account groups, in applying a security device, ahead allowance payment, direct transaction mode, and a refund and antitrust law is applied, assignment of the status guarantees the legal staff status of supply/consumption account owners; and wherein the configuration of a basic community forms a diamond- shaped member community due to the effects of the refund coefficient(sanghwan coefficient), and formation of multi community generates group forms of various sizes, the system of the community shares a predetermined income, and staffs are employed through its welfare, and the organization of a society is performed on a community unit basis, whereby each periodic issue is set and social restoration business is performed.
[5] The pull down co-work marketing system as claimed in claim 4, wherein as the group evolutes into a diamond shape, the number of units of a corresponding level is maximized if the level reaches a constant level, and if the level advances to a next transaction level, the number of units starts to reduce, and if once reversed, the trend of such reduction continues, and thus keeps a reverse pyramid shape in a relatively regular manner.
[6] The pull down co-work marketing system as claimed in claim 4 or 5, wherein as the number of units that are required on a transaction level basis reduces through the introduction of a refund coefficient(sanghwan coefficient) as a null account, the pull-down speed to a next transaction level becomes faster like snow fall, whereby rational and technical applications to business of various types are possible.
[7] The pull down co-work marketing system as claimed in claim 4, wherein a customer has access to a home page main of a web server within a marketing system through an Internet network using a personal computer or a mobile phone, when receiving a mobile service through the home page main, an image business card within a web site and written guide information are transmitted between a job manager and the customer (the member) via short message service (SMS), the member receives SMS after becoming a member to a supply account and consumption account owner, and an image information main is performed while the SMS is being received, and the image information main displays an image business card, a product photo, a staff history view, etc.
[8] The pull down co-work marketing system as claimed in claim 1 or 4, wherein in pull down co- work marketing, a community formation process includes creating a first supply account, generating a transaction, accurately accounting the margin, allowing the role of consumers to be reversed after an existing supply account is extinct, creating a new supply account, allowing an existing account transaction to begin again due to generation of exchange of work, assigning a refund coefficient(sanghwan coefficient) to reduce an account for each level due to the refund coefficient(sanghwan coefficient), and forming a community of a diamond- shaped unit; and wherein a community development process includes forming a number of communities, organizing a society of a community unit, activating social activities of the society, guaranteeing a security device of a company, assigning a legal staff status to contribute to a society through unemployment relief, and realizing increased rights and interests and public profits of consumers, whereby the community development process expands into an inter-business and inter- country marketing model.
