Abstract

The described invention is concerned to the field of orthope¬ dics and more precisely to the system for vertebral osteosyn thesis at humans and animals. It could find application for medication of fractures of spinal vertebra, as well as surgical treatment for contortion of the spinal column in the pectoral, lumbar and sacral bone re gions. The system is highly reliable for application. It consists of at ieast two carriers (2) for one-sided applica¬ tion, which could be mounted parallel to one another and at least two conjunctions meant for transverse connection of the carriers (2). Every conjunction includes trough (6,7) for placement of at least one carrier (2), substrate (5, 14) for pressing of carriers and threaded rod for connection between trough (6,7) and substrate (5, 14). The system includes and elements for attachment to a bone, which are at least one intervertebral screw (1) and one brace.
