- a system for displaying image data acquired during an intervention procedure in respect of a body volume comprising means for receiving three-dimensional image data in respect of said body volume and reconstructing a three-dimensional image of said body volume, means for receiving two-dimensional image data in respect of said body volume acquired during an intervention procedure, means for aligning said two-dimensional image data with a corresponding region of said three-dimensional image of said body volume, and means for displaying said two-dimensional image data within said corresponding region of said three- dimensional image of said body volume.
