Abstract
An engine that contains three pistons that take the w shape . The central piston (9) is the largest in size and mass and it works in the opposite direction to the other two pistons (6) and (10) which are considered the two outer ends. There is above the pistons a store for compressed air to which there is an air pump (1) located above the store and it is connected to it . Inside each pistons there are two valves, one of them is for allowing the air to came in and the other is for letting the air to escape under certain pressure. In the central pistons (9) there is a compressed metallic wire (8) so as to help in the piston to return back. Compressed air is pushed to the central piston (9) to push it downward and the metallic bar (7) reflects the movement of the central piston to the other piston (6) and (10) these two pistons recompress air to the air store once again. The compressed metallic bar (7) located in the central piston (9) works to return it to its first position, to start new motion cycle.
Description
Continuous air motors
Technical Field
An engine consists of three pistons take w shape, above them there air
storage (air ram) and air pump. They are connected to a metal bar and
reflect the motion (movement) among them. When the power is switched
on the air pump compresses air in the air storage ( tank) to certain level
on which the valve, located inside the air storage, switches off the power,
then the air is pushed to the central piston that rotates the metallic bar
which tarns the other two Pistons that in torn push air once again to the
air storage at the same time the central piston takes its first position where
the compressed metallic wire, located in the central pistons taker its first
position where the compressed metallic wire, located in the central piston,
pushes it back to its original position this happen when the two valves are
opened to allow the air to escape, the cycle is repeated once again.
Background of The invention:
Engines that are turned by compressed air, where air is compressed in air
storages then cars are turned by then till the air pressure is Reduced then
the air storages are to be filled again by special air compression station
where pistons can be used or other mechanical Methods.
The full Description :
An engine that contains three pistons that take the w shape . The central piston (A) is the largest in size and mass and it Works in the opposite direction to the other two pistons (B l) and (B2) which are considered the two outer ends . there is above the pistons a store for compressed air to which there is an air pump Located above the store and it is connected to it .
Inside each pistons there are two valves, one of them is for allowing The air to came in and the other is for letting the air to escape under certain pressure . in the central pistons there is a compressed Metallic wire so as to help in the piston to return back ( take its first positions )
There is battery to connect electricity to the air pump to enable it to compress air in the air store in starting moving . the air store contains a valve that disconnect the reaches a certain level in it ( air store ). the there pistons are connected to a metallic bar which transfer the movement between them.
when the electric power is switched on to a certain level
according to which the air current is disconnected. This happens
by a certain valve that measures air pressure .
then compressed air is pushed to the central piston to push it
downward and the metallic bar reflects the movement of the
central-piston to the other piston ( Bl ) and (B2) these two
pistons recompress air to the air store once again .
the compressed metallic bar located in the central piston works
to return it to its first position . to start new motion cycle .
to increase the speed of movement, the valve in the central
piston is to be widen to increase the rate of air passage to it as
a result air pressure and movement are increased .
The method of exploitation :
Continuous air engines are used in car and in generating kinetic and electric energy without recharging them.
The new with the invention :
Engines that are turned by compressed air have not the economical values in comparison to that engines which are turned by usual fuel.
In rriany aspects such as the engine power the distance they cover even the recharge in the air compression station all these reasons restrict the those who design these engine in designing small cars only and slower in comparison to those cars that depend on auto consumption engines.
But these engine depends on auto charging compressed air automatically and in a mechanical method without recharging it in air compression stations.
Its possible to make engines that work, by compressed air without Recharging in air compression station and recharging air in the storages this is by the auto charging by a mechanical method. Without any need to air compression stations .
