Abstract

Disclosed herein is a golf ball (20) with a mantle (24) or cover layer (26) formed from a composition comprising glass particles. More specifically, the golf ball (20) has a mantle (24) and/or cover (26) that contains a combination of glass particles and an ionomeric component or a non-ionomeric component.
