Abstract

Payment system of mobile wallets solves a problem of authorized, safe, anonymous, operational payment means based on remote access to a limited account with financial means via mobile phone interconnected to central unit of the payment system of mobile wallets. This system allows to execute any common financial operations, such as direct payment, payment by transfer to an account and/or to other mobile wallet of the payment system of mobile wallets, cash withdrawal, and all this up the amount in the account, further the account may be increased by cash deposit or transfer payment, it is possible to obtain statements of transactions on the account for any period since creating the mobile wallet. Mobile wallet also allows to execute specific payments, such as internet payments, etc., it further allows receiving up-to-date authorized confirmation on accomplished payment or deposit to the account or withdrawal from the account of the mobile wallet of the vendor, all this without direct connection with bank accounts. Mobile wallet of the payment system of mobile wallets may function as a debit or credit payment means.

Payment System of Mobile Wallets
Technology Field
The submitted solution deals with a payment system of mobile wallets formed by central unit of the payment system of mobile wallets connected via communication network with individual mobile wallets and further communicating with a system of distribution of conditions for creating a mobile wallet, with central system of key mobile operator, with central system of key bank, with system of distribution of statements of transactions on the account of the payment system of mobile wallets, while individual mobile wallets may also receive data from local network of a sales point.
Existing Conditions of Technology
Current experience recognizes several ways how to realize cash payments, financial transfers, cash withdrawals and other specific product-oriented payments by means of specific media and/or specific payment channels.
Existing payment means and channels are divided to cash and non-cash ones.
Cash payment means include in particular banknotes and coins, which may be lost, stolen, counterfeited, damaged but they represent universally acceptable payment means.
Among the non-cash payment means currently dominates the instrument of a payment card. Such cards are further divided upon their technical solution and function. In any case, though, they are a single-purpose payment instrument, tightly connected with holder of such payment instrument and with his identification in relation to the holder's bank account. Another disadvantage is their poor level of interactivity in connection with accomplishment of a transaction and zero information support for the holder concerning the current actual state of available financial means. Payment cards carry in them personal data about the holder and therefore there is a risk of personal data abuse in case of attack. Their availability depends on acceptance of a payment card with connection to authorization center and information exchange between banks and providers of goods or services. This payment means requires special dedicated equipment on the side of providers of goods or services. Example of a method and equipment for executing electronic transactions is listed for instance under application number 2002-744 of the Industrial Property Office.
Basic deficiencies include especially the fact that security is not solved in the frame of the entire system and therefore it is not a part of all system components, further it does not incorporate principle of cooperation with local network of the sales point, it is focused exclusively on electronic purchasing transactions, fails entirely to introduce options of transfer payments and increasing or decreasing available financial means outside purchasing transactions, it is a single-purpose equipment, which requires intelligent element for identification to access the system, such as a chip, magnetic trim, etc.
Another wide-spread system is so-called e-banking. This system, however, is bound with the need to register and open a bank account with given bank, which offers these services. Range of available services, however, is limited only to non-cash payments or transfers between bank accounts. It is mostly an additional service of a bank. This system already provides actual information to a holder but its emphasis is focused rather on internet applications operated on PC, mobile phones are used especially as an information channel providing feedback without any greater options for active role in the payment itself.
Less commonly spread payment means are electronic wallets. The system is mostly based on a single-purpose payment card or an internet account, which has no relation to the bank account but is bound with the holder of respective payment instrument. In materialized form, this service depends on availability of charging and acceptance points. Another deficiency is, again, their poor interactivity in relation to accomplishing a transaction and information support for the holder concerning current actual state of available funds. As examples of such type of payment system may serve various forms of non-cash payments on the internet, for instance monetka.cz - an internet wallet, payment cards on the principle of electronic wallet.
The last mentioned non-cash electronic system is a new system, predominantly used abroad, the MOPAY system. This system is based on providing and accomplishing transactions of the registration holder within the system against defined bank account of the holder. This system is depending on registration of the holder and mating his personal data with bank data. As a communication means for this system is a mobile phone without application layer, which would control the whole process of transaction. Hence, the system is depending on syntax of the record entered into SMS and availability of given service of mobile operator. It does not provide comfort of user interface for the system and security of communication via SMS. Another deficiency is unavailability of this service at sales points and therefore completion of the whole, especially pay-desk, process at sales points.
Moreover at present there is already a wide range of existing non-cash payment systems interconnected with mobile telephone units, which are built in order to be used for orders or payments at sales points or self-service terminals.
Among the basic principles, we may quote the principle described in patent WO-A-96/13814 "REAL TIME TELE-PAYMENT SYSTEM", which is based on transfer of identification of the payer's bank account and providing given payment transaction via mobile phone in a mobile phone network. This system represents possible risks because the payer publishes numbers of his account, which from the standpoint of security and protection of the user's information is undesirable.
Some of the above-mentioned security risks are solved by patent FR-A- 2779896 "PROCEDE POUR PAYER A DISTANCE, AU MOYEN D'UN
RADIOTELEPHONIQUE MOBILE, IΆCQUISITION D'UN BIENET/OU D1UN SER VICE
ET SYSTEME ET RADIOTELEPHONE MOBILE CORRESPONDANTS", which inserts one-way security and verification elements into the communication process in a form of payment server connected to communication infrastructure. Communication with the system is not carried out by secured communication protocol and the environment for the user does not meet today's needs.
Patent EP-A-0986275 "Method for purchasing goods or services with a mobile telephone" describes principle of transfer of electronic trade transactions between customer and vendor. Both sides of the transaction are identified in a secured verification system. Customer, equipped with mobile phone, in this case sends information about his identification in confirmation message. Verification system, by means of a reverse communication channel, has thus information on the transaction confirmed from both sides. This system is already fully secured on both sides, i.e. at sales point as well as at the payer, and authorization is carried out by the verification system. Described system, however, does not solve entire options of payments and transfers of the user's financial means. The system also solves communication by using SMS and not by exploiting all possibilities available today, including the option of integrated application layer in a mobile unit.
Many other inventions describe principles of orders and payments using automated single-purpose device. For instance, the system described in the invention "SYSTEM FOR ESTABLISHING AUTOMATIC ACCESS TO FUEL UPRIGHT AND METHOD FOR FILLING UP OF A VEHICLE" WO-A-98/54678 describes principle of using a mobile phone for filling up fuels. The system solves only a single-purpose payment and does not allow executing all range of payment and transfer transactions. Moreover, it requires a dedicated device on the side of filling station.
Another solution, which is based on exploitation of mobile phones a related communications means, is the principle of protecting the transactions carried out by payment cards. This principle is described in invention WO-A-98/06214 "FINANCIAL TRANSACTION, AUTHORIZATION, NOTIFICATION AND SECURITY APPARATUS". The system describes principle of verification of transaction executed by payment card by means of reverse communication channel, e.g. by mobile phone, to the user. The user has then an option to authorize the transaction by second, different, method, thus increasing the security of using payment cards at sales points and eliminating security risks connected for example with stolen payment cards. The system solves reverse information and authorization channel for the user but, again, it involves a single- purpose information-authorization solution without the option to execute own payment or transfer transactions. In addition, the communication is based only on SMS.
Invention "System and process for remote payments and transactions in real time by mobile telephone" with registration number EP 1 136961 describes a system, which solves real-time payment transactions via mobile phone. The system is based on mobile phone platform SIMToolKit containing security certificate and allowing to exploit communication means available to the given telephone unit, registered in a center with central system and sales point by secured communication. The system therefore does not include application service layer for user-friendly and secure exploitation of processes on the user's side during data input, sending and receiving requests. The system also makes the user identify himself to the vendor by his subscriber number or by bar code. The process statuses of the system are bound to the number of the user's telephone unit and does not support non-cash transfers between accounts of the system users. The system, apart from our technical solution, does not further support functions allowing to withdraw cash for the user's needs.
Solutions listed above are products of time of their creation and technological possibilities at their given time, or are based on single-purpose orientation of a given system. They do not solve possible processing and user issues during data input by means of mobile units and they also do not solve system relations among all elements of the entire payment, verification and security process of given transaction. Most of the described solutions are built on unsecured SMS communication with payment or control servers.
Principle of the Invention
Disadvantages mentioned above are to a certain extent solved by the payment system of mobile wallets according to the presented invention, which consists of central unit of the payment system of mobile wallets, which is by its second control and data output connected to the system of distribution of statements of transactions on the account of the payment system of mobile wallets and simultaneously it is by its fourth control and data output connected to the fourth control and data input of the first up to Nth mobile wallet, which is connected to the control and data output of local communication network of the sales point (F). The first control and data output of the central unit of payment system of mobile wallets is connected to first input of the central system of the key mobile operator, which is by its second output connected to the second control and data input of the central unit of the payment system of mobile wallets. This central unit is by its third control and data input bi-directionally connected to the central system of the key bank. Simultaneously, the central unit is by its third control and data output connected to the first input of the system of distribution of conditions for creating a mobile wallet, which is by its third control and data output connected to the first control and data input of the first up to Nih mobile wallet and simultaneously it is by its second control and data output connected to the second control and data input of the first up to Nth mobile wallet. Subject matter of the new solution is the fact the central unit of the payment system of mobile wallets, hereinafter in this section referred to as the central unit only, is formed by a central input module, central output module, a set of central modules for executing individual transactions and a central module for accomplishing the transactions. Analogically, the first up to the Nth mobile wallet are formed by the first up to the Nth input network module, the first up to Nth output network module, the first up to the Nth set of input modules for executing the transactions and the first up to Nth communication module. Individual modules are among themselves interconnected as follows. The second control and data input of the first up to N'h mobile wallet is connected to the first control and data input of the corresponding first up to Nth communication module, which is by its control and data output connected to the second control and data input of the input network module of the first up to Nth mobile wallet and which is by its second control and data input connected to the second control and data output of the output network module of the first up to Nth mobile wallet. The first control and data input of the first up to Nth mobile wallet is connected to the first control and data input of the input network module of the first up to Nth mobile wallet and simultaneously the fourth control and data input of the first up to Nth mobile wallet is connected to the third control and data input of the first up to Nth input network module of the first up to Nth mobile wallet. The control and data output of the input network module is connected to inputs of input modules for executing transactions belonging to the first up to Nth mobile wallet (1B, nB), which means it is connected to control and data input of the input module of creating a mobile wallet, to control and data input of the input module of payment from the mobile wallet's account, to control and data input of the input module of transfer from the mobile wallet's account, to control and data input of the input module of deposit to one's own mobile wallet's account, to control and data input of the input module of cash withdrawal from the mobile wallet's account, to control and data input of the input module of statements of transactions on the mobile wallet's account, to control and data input of the input module of specific payments via mobile wallet and to control and data input of the terminal module of accomplishing the transactions via mobile wallet. The control and data input of the output network module is connected to outputs of input modules for executing transactions belonging to the first up to Nfh mobile wallet, which means it is connected to control and data output of the input module of creating a mobile wallet, to control and data output of the input module of payment from the mobile wallet's account, to control and data output of the input module of transfer from the mobile wallet's account, to control and data output of the input module of deposit to one's own mobile wallet's account, to control and data output of the input module of cash withdrawal from the mobile wallet's account, to control and data output of the input module of statements of transactions on the mobile wallet's account, to control and data output of the input module of specific payments via mobile wallet and to control and data output of the terminal module of accomplishing the transactions via mobile wallet. The first control and data output of the first up to Nth output network module is connected to the control and data output of the first up to Nth mobile wallet, which is connected to the first control and data input of the central unit. Its first control and data input is connected to the first control and data input of the central input module, which is by its second control and data input connected to the second control and data input of the central unit and further it is by its third control and data input connected to the fourth control and data output of the central output module with generator of conditions for creating the mobile wallet. The control and data output of the central input module is in sequence connected to the first control and data input of the central module of creating a mobile wallet, to the first control and data input of the central module of payment from the mobile wallet's account, to the first control and data input of the central module of transfer from the mobile wallet's account, to the first control and data input of the central module of deposit to one's own mobile wallet's account, to the first control and data input of the central module of transfer to one's own mobile wallet's account, to the first control and data input of the central module of cash withdrawal from the mobile wallet's account, to the first control and data input of the central module of statements of transactions on the mobile wallet's account and to the first control and data input of the central module of specific payments. The first control and data output of the central module of specific payments, the first control and data output of the central module of statements of transactions on the mobile wallet's account, the first control and data output of the central module of cash withdrawal from the mobile wallet's account, the first control and data output of the central module of transfer to one's own mobile wallet's account, the first control and data output of the central module of deposit to one's own mobile wallet's account, the first control and data output of the central module of transfer from the mobile wallet's account, the first control and data output of the central module of payment from the mobile wallet's account and the first control and data output of the central module of creating a mobile wallet are connected to control and data input of the central output module with generator of conditions for creating the mobile wallet. Central output module is by its third control and data output connected to the third control and data output of the central unit and simultaneously it is by its second control and data output connected to the first control and data output of this central unit. Further it is by its fifth control and data output connected to the fourth control and data output of the central unit and by its first control and data output it is connected to the second control and data output of the central unit. Further, the central unit is by its third control and data input bi-directionally connected with the third control and data input of the central module of accomplishing the transactions, whose first control and data output is connected to the second control and data input of the central module of creating the mobile wallet and simultaneously it is connected to the second control and data input of the central module of payment from the mobile wallet's account, to the second control and data input of the central module of transfer from the mobile wallet's account, to the second control and data input of the central module of deposit to one's own mobile wallet's account, to the second control and data input of the central module of transfer to one's own mobile wallet's account, to the second control and data input of the central module of cash withdrawal from the mobile wallet's account, to the second control and data input of the central module of statements of transactions on the mobile wallet's account and to the second control and data input of the central module of specific payments. Central module of specific payments is by its second control and data output together with the second control and data output of the central module of statements of transactions on the mobile wallet's account, with the second control and data output of the central module of cash withdrawal from the mobile wallet's account, with the second control and data output of the central module of transfer to one's own mobile wallet's account, with the second control and data output of the central module of deposit to one's own mobile wallet's account, with the second control and data output of the central module of transfer from the mobile wallet's account, with the second control and data output of the central module of payment from the mobile wallet's account and with the second control and data output of the central module of creating the mobile wallet connected to the second control and data input of the central module of accomplishing the transactions.
Basic advantages and effects of the payment system of mobile wallets according to the presented solution consist in the fact that this is a multifunction interactive payment means with universal exploitation in practice. Using the payment system of mobile wallets is entirely independent on place and time. Client part is advantageously built on already existing and widely spread mobile phones technology, which means that the payment system of mobile wallets does not require any special medium, such as plastic chip card or magnetic card. It involves adding the function of a payment and information means into already existing technical devices. The payment system of mobile wallets is a system that may be used in all mobile communication units with sufficiently sized internal application programmable memory and with connection to all up-to-date known communication networks. The payment system of mobile wallets may be operated both separately in given locality and also in a geographically reasonable set of multiple local payment systems of mobile wallets within the framework of the distributed network. From the standpoint of using, the mobile wallet is an anonymous payment means, which does not store any private bank or personal data in itself. The payment system of mobile wallets is fully secured payment means providing on-line information on immediate status of the account while it does not require any additional equipment on the side of the vendor and each client may at any given moment operate with his whole account. This is a payment means without currency and national limitations. Central unit of the payment system of the mobile wallets represents a software application hosted by sufficient hardware. Central unit of the payment system of mobile wallets together with the network of mobile phones equipped with terminal application software form the basis of the payment system of mobile wallets, which is complemented with the central system of the key mobile operator through whose communication network is carried out all the secured communication, with the central system of the key bank, for which it specifically processes data of all accounts of the mobile wallets, further with the system of distribution of conditions for creating a mobile wallet and with system of distribution of statements of transactions on the mobile wallets accounts and, finally, with local communication networks at selected sales points. The payment system of mobile wallets allows for mediation of exploitation of wide range of universal interactive payment services, which are processed centrally and are fully auditable.

The payment system of mobile wallets, in an exemplary arrangement, consists of the central unit A of the payment system and of N mobile wallets IB to nB, while in order to keep the orientation simple the drawing shows only the first mobile wallet IB and the Nth mobile wallet nB and their interconnection with the central unit A of the payment system, which is analogical for other, not shown, mobile wallets. Central unit A of the payment system of mobile wallets, hereinafter referred to only as the central unit A, is by its second control and data output A4 connected to the system G of distribution of statements of transactions on the account of the payment system of mobile wallets. Simultaneously it is by its fourth control and data output A7 connected to the fourth control and data input 1B4 of the first wallet IB up to the fourth control and data input nB4 of the Nth mobile wallet nB, to which is also connected the control and data output of the local communication network of the sales point F. The first control and data output 1 BY1 to nBY1 of the first up to Nth output network module 1 BY to nBY of the first up to Nth mobile wallet IB to nB is connected to the third control and data output 1_B3 to nj33 of the first up to Nth mobile wallet IB to nB, which is connected to the first control and data input Al of the central unit A. The first control and data input Al of the central unit A is connected to the first control and data input AX1 of the central input module AX, which is by its second control and data input AX2 connected to the second control and data input A2 of the central unit A. Central input module AX is simultaneously by its third control and data input AX4 connected to the fourth control and data output AY5 of the central output module AY with generator of conditions for creating the mobile wallet. The first control and data output AH2 of the central module AH of specific payments, the first control and data output AG2 of the central module AG of statements of transactions on the mobile wallet's account, the first control and data output AJF2 of the central module AF of cash withdrawal from the mobile wallet's account, the first control and data output AE2 of the central module AE of transfer to one's own mobile wallet's account, the first control and data output AD2 of the central module AD of deposit to one's own mobile wallet's account, the first control and data output AC2 of the central module AC of transfer from the mobile wallet's account, the first control and data output AB2 of the central module AB of payment from the mobile wallet's account and the first control and data output AA2 of the central module AA of creating a mobile wallet are connected to control and data input AY3 of the central output module AY with generator of conditions for creating the mobile wallet, hereinafter referred to as the central output module AY only.
This central output module AY is by its third control and data output AY4 connected to the third control and data output A5 of the central unit A and simultaneously it is by its second control and data output AY2 connected to the first control and data output A3 of the central unit A. The central output module AY is by its fifth control and data output AY6 connected to the fourth control and data output A7 of the central unit A and by its first control and data output AY1 it is connected to the second control and data output A4 of the central unit A. The central unit A is by its third control and data input A6 bi-directionally connected with the third control and data input AZ3 of the central module AZ of accomplishing the transactions.
The first control and data output AZ1 of the central module AZ of accomplishing the transactions is in sequence connected to the second control and data input AA3 of the central module AA of creating the mobile wallet, to the second control and data input AB3 of the central module AB of payment from the mobile wallet's account, to the second control and data input AC3 of the central module AC of transfer from the mobile wallet's account, to the second control and data input AD3 of the central module AD of deposit to one's own mobile wallet's account, to the second control and data input AE3 of the central module AE of transfer to one's own mobile wallet's account, to the second control and data input AF3 of the central module AF of cash withdrawal from the mobile wallet's account, to the second control and data input AG3 of the central module AG of statements of transactions on the mobile wallet's account and to the second control and data input AH3 of the central module AH of specific payments. Central module AH of specific payments is by its second control and data output AH4 together with the second control and data output AG4 of the central module AG of statements of transactions on the mobile wallet's account, with the second control and data output AF4 of the central module AF of cash withdrawal from the mobile wallet's account, with the second control and data output AE4 of the central module AE of transfer to one's own mobile wallet's account, with the second control and data output AD4 of the central module AD of deposit to one's own mobile wallet's account, with the second control and data output AC4 of the central module AC of transfer from the mobile wallet's account, with the second control and data output AB4 of the central module AB of payment from the mobile wallet's account and with the second control and data output AA4 of the central module AA of creating the mobile wallet connected to the second control and data input AZ2 of the central module AZ of accomplishing the transactions.
Typical function of the payment system of mobile wallets arranged as described is payment from the account of the payer's mobile wallet to the account of the mobile wallet of the payment assignee, which is described below. In order to keep the orientation simple, it is described using an example of a client who is a holder of the first mobile wallet IB.
Client - holder of the first mobile wallet IB - enters by means of the communication module of the first mobile wallet IBZ step-by-step into the application the relevant authorization data of the payer, i.e. the user name and/or password, and transaction data about the payment and the payment assignee, i.e. the amount to be paid and identification code of the payment assignee's mobile wallet, the latter data may be advantageously read-in to the mobile wallet automatically after confirmed authorization from the local communication network of the sales point F via the third input 1B4 of the first mobile wallet IB to the third input 1BX4 of the input network module 1BX of the first mobile wallet JNB. From here, these data are transferred for the initial processing to the first input module 1BB of payment from the account of the first mobile wallet IB. Further, the data are taken over by the first output network module 1BY of the first mobile wallet IB, which at first sends secured generated information to by means of communication network of mobile operators to the central unit A of the payment system of mobile wallets, specifically to the central input module AX, from where these data, after authorization, are handed over for processing to the central module AB of payment from the account of the first mobile wallet 1j3. The central module AB of payment from the account of the first mobile wallet IB, after checking the request for payment, sends the information about the amount of payment, about the mobile wallet of the payer and about the mobile wallet of the payment assignee to the central module AZ of accomplishing the transactions where the payer's account of the mobile wallet decreases by the paid amount and the payment assignee's account of the mobile wallet increases by the paid amount. These information are transferred from the central module AZ of accomplishing the transactions both to the central system E of the key bank, advantageously in batches by semi on-line connection, and also back to the central module AB of payment from the account of the mobile wallet. From the central module AB of payment from the account of the first mobile wallet the information on accepted accomplished transaction, including immediately updated account status of given mobile wallet of the payer as well as of the payment assignee via the central output module AY with generator of conditions for creating the mobile wallet returned from the central unit A of the payment system of mobile wallets by secured communication both via the input network module 1 BX, terminal module of accomplishing the transactions 1 BH and the output network module 1BY of the first mobile wallet IB to the communication module 1 BZ of the first mobile wallet IB of the payer, where the display shows information about the updated account status, on paid amount, date and time of the transaction, identification code of the mobile wallet of the payment assignee and unique number of the transaction and both via the input network module nBX, terminal module of accomplishing the transactions nBH and the output network module nBY of the Nth mobile wallet nB to the communication module nBZ of the Nth mobile wallet nB of the payment assignee and, finally, all these data are in parallel handed over for processing to the system G of distribution of statements of transactions on the accounts of the payment system of mobile wallets. Concerning the payer and the payment assignee, the order of their mobile wallets in the network of the payment system of mobile wallets is not relevant. The devices are identical and are used universally with the option to centrally suppress certain modules in the application in the mobile phone.
In a similar way all other transactions corresponding to relevant modules in the application are realized, such as creating a mobile wallet, transfer from the account, deposit to one's own account, transfer to one's own account, cash withdrawal, statements of transactions on the account or specific payments.
Industrial Applicability
The payment system of mobile wallets, both locally or in a geographically reasonable set of multiple local payment systems of mobile wallets within the framework of the distributed network, may be used anywhere instead of traditional cash or transfers from accounts - both direct or by means of payment cards or e-banking.
This means of a remote access to the financial account, given its simple, undemanding and secure concept, has all qualifications for rapid and wide penetration both on side of providers and vendors as well as on side of common users. It represents a convenient payment means both for businesses and citizens because it is capable of providing comprehensive services independently on place and time of use, always with on-line information on up-to-date account status of the mobile wallet and independently on currency of the payment.

P A T E N T C L A I M S
The payment system of mobile wallets consisting of the central unit (A) of the payment system of mobile wallets, which is by its second control and data output (A4) connected to the system (G) of distribution of statements of transactions on the account of the payment system of mobile wallets and simultaneously it is by its fourth control and data output (A7) connected to the fourth control and data input (1B4, nB4) of the first up to the Nth mobile wallet (1B, nB), to which is also connected the control and data output of the local communication network of the sales point (F), first control and data output (A3) of the central unit (A) of the payment system of mobile wallets is connected to first input (D1) of the central system (D) of the key mobile operator, which is by its second output (D2) connected to the second control and data input (A2) of the central unit (A) of the payment system of mobile wallets, which is by its third control and data input (A6) bi-directionally connected to the central system (E) of the key bank and simultaneously it is by its third control and data output (A5) connected to the first input (C1 ) of the system (C) of distribution of conditions for creating a mobile wallet, which is by its third control and data output (C3) connected to the first control and data input (1B1 , nB1) of the first up to Nth mobile wallet (1B, nB) and simultaneously it is by its second control and data output (C2) connected to the second control and data input (1 B2, nB2) of the first up to Nth mobile wallet (1 B, nB), c h a r a c t e r i z e d b y t h e f a c t t h a t the central unit (A) of the payment system of mobile wallets is formed by central input module (AX), central output module (AY), set of central modules (AA1AB1AC1AD1AE1AFAG1AH) for executing individual transactions and by central module (AZ) of accomplishing the transactions, analogically the first up to the Nth mobile wallet (1B, nB) are formed by the first up to the Nth input network module (1 BX, nBX), the first up to Nth output network module (1BY, nBY), the first up to Nth set of input modules (1BA, 1BB, 1BC, 1BD, 1 BE, 1BF, 1BG, 1BH, nBA, nBB, nBC, nBD, nBE,nBF,nBG,nBH) for executing the transactions and by the first up to Nth communication module (1BZ, nBZ), where the individual modules are interconnected in such a manner that the second control and data input (1B2, nB2) of the first up to Nth mobile wallet (1B, nB) is connected to the first control and data input (1BZ1, nBZ1) of the corresponding first up to Nth communication module (1BZ1 nBZ), which is by its control and data output (1 BZ2, nBZ2) connected to the second control and data input (1BX2, nBX2) of the input network module (1BX, nBX) of the first up to Nm mobile wallet (1 B1 nB) and which is by its second control and data input (1 BZ3, nBZ3) connected to the second control and data output (1 BY2, nBY2) of the first up to Nm output network module (1BY, nBY) of the first up to Nth mobile wallet (1 B1 nB), the first control and data input (1B1, nB1) of the first up to Nth mobile wallet (1B, nB) is connected to the first control and data input (1 BX1 , nBX1 ) of the first up to Nth input network module (1BX, nBX) of the first up to Nth mobile wallet (1B, nB) and simultaneously the fourth control and data input (1 B4, nB4) of the first up to Nth mobile wallet (1 B, nB) is connected to the third control and data input (1BX4, nBX4) of the first up to Nth input network module (1BX, nBX) of the first up to Nth mobile wallet (1B1 nB), whose control and data output (1 BX3, nBX3) is connected to inputs of input modules for executing transactions belonging to the first up to Nth mobile wallet (1B, nB), which means it is connected to control and data input (1BA1 , nBA1) of the input module (1BA, nBA) of creating the mobile wallet, to control and data input (1BB1, nBB1) of the input module (1 BB, nBB) of payment from the mobile wallet's account, to control and data input (1 BC1 , nBC1 ) of the input module (1 BC, nBC) of transfer from the mobile wallet's account, to control and data input (1BD1 , nBD1) of the input module (1BD, nBD) of deposit to one's own mobile wallet's account, to control and data input (1BE1 , nBE1) of the input module (1 BE, nBE) of cash withdrawal from the mobile wallet's account, to control and data input (1BF1 , nBF1) of the input module (1BF, nBF) of statements of transactions on the mobile wallet's account, to control and data input (1BG1 , nBG1) of the input module (1BG, nBG) of specific payments via mobile wallet and to control and data input (1 BH, nBH1) of the terminal module (1BH, nBH) of accomplishing the transactions via mobile wallet, and whose control and data input (1BY3, nBY3) is connected to outputs of input modules for executing transactions belonging to the first up to Nth mobile wallet (1 B, nB), which means it is connected to control and data output (1 BA2, nBA2) of the input module (1 BA, nBA) of creating a mobile wallet, to control and data output (1 BB2, nBB2) of the input module (1BB, nBB) of payment from the mobile wallet's account, to control and data output (1BC2, nBC2) of the input module (1BC, nBC) of transfer from the mobile wallet's account, to control and data output (1 BD2, nBD2) of the input module (1BD, nBD) of deposit to one's own mobile wallet's account, to control and data output (1BAE2, nBE2) of the input module (1BE, nBE) of cash withdrawal from the mobile wallet's account, to control and data output (1BF2, nBF2) of the input module (1BF, nBF) of statements of transactions on the mobile wallet's account, to control and data output (1BG2, nBG2) of the input module (1BG, nBG) of specific payments via mobile wallet and to control and data output (1BH2, nBH2) of the terminal module (1BH, nBH) of accomplishing the transactions via mobile wallet where the first control and data output (1BY1, nBY1) of the first up to Nth output network module (1BY, nBY) is connected to the control and data output (1B3, nB3) of the first up to Nth mobile wallet (1B, nB), which is connected to the first control and data input (A1) of the central unit (A) of the payment system of mobile wallets, whose first control and data input (A1) is connected to the first control and data input (AX1) of the central input module (AX), which is by its second control and data input (AX2) connected to the second control and data input (A2) of the central unit (A) of the payment system of mobile wallets and further it is by its third control and data input (AX4) connected to the fourth control and data output (AY5) of the central output module (AY) with generator of conditions for creating the mobile wallet, the control and data output (AX3) of the central input module (AX) is in sequence connected to the first control and data input (AA1) of the central module (AA) of creating a mobile wallet, to the first control and data input (AB1) of the central module (AB) of payment from the mobile wallet's account, to the first control and data input (AC1 ) of the central module (AC) of transfer from the mobile wallet's account, to the
