Abstract

A novel cell-sheet composition for injecting into a lesion of a patient, comprising a plurality of living cell sheets, each living cell sheet comprising at least a single layer of living cells. The living cell sheet is manufactured using a thermoreversible MC/PBS/Collagen hydrogel coated on the TCPS dish configured for harvesting a living cell sheet. The obtained cell-sheet composition with living cell sheet is administered to a lesion of an infarcted myocardium, a cartilage or meniscus, or a breast.
