Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verbindungsbauteil (1) mit integriertem Ultraschallsensor (5). Mit dem Ultraschallsensor (5) wird die Vorspannkraft oder die Spannkraft eines Verbindungsbauteiles (1) bestimmt, wobei der Ultraschallsensor (5) einen Schichtaufbau (20) mit einer Elektrodenschicht (21), mindestens einer mechanischen Schutzschicht (22) und mindestens einer Schicht (23) aus einem Material mit piezoelektrischen Eigenschaften aufweist. Die mindestens eine Elektrodenschicht (21), die mindestens eine mechanische Schutzschicht (22) und die mindestens eine Schicht (23) aus einem Material mit piezoelektrischen Eigenschaften sind an einem frei zugänglichen Ende (25, 27) des Verbindungsbauteiles (1) aufgespürten angeordnet.
