Abstract

The inventive lighting plant comprises a base in the form of expandable struts, a telescopic pillar, which is fastened to said base, is provided with a side tension cables with means for fixing to ground and has a light source arranged on the opposite end thereof. Said plant comprises an electronic control unit which is provided with a control keyboard and a cable connected to the light source, wherein said light source is embodied in the form of a balloon which comprises an inflatable envelope, a unit which is used for filling said envelop with gas or air, is embodied in the form of a fan provided with an air filter, and a framework, which contains lighting lamps and is mountable on the telescopic pillar. The framework is embodied in the form of a cylinder which is provided with a conical top and is formed by a protective screen with a centring stem passing along the axis of symmetry of the cylinder at the screen height. The screen size corresponds to the height of the inflatable envelope and is formed by a plurality of rigid metal bars. A bracket, embodied in the form of a thin flat plate, which is provided with pads for fixing lamp holders and holes for passing air pumped into the envelop, is arranged in the middle part of the screen. A reflecting plate provided with air-passing holes is located above said bracket. A stop plate used for fixing the envelop to the framework is arranged above the centering stem. The lower part of the framework is embodied in the form of a mounting cup-shaped flange provided with an axial air intake hole and a bearing plate with a fixing post. The fan is mounted on the mounting flange provided with a central hole. An air filter is placed in the cup of the mounting flange. Said mounting flange is provided with side air intake holes.
