Abstract

Convertible sports shoe which consists in the creation and model of a functional looking sports shoe, which has a sole with special pattern comprising a predetermined arrangement for fitting and removing a set of studs for habitual use for walking as regular sports footwear and another set of fittable studs, not altering the above characteristics, for use as a golf shoe, each set of studs, especially designed and implanted for said respective purposes.

CONVERTIBLE SPORT SHOE

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The invention comes to develop a new shoe concept with which it is intended to transform in a simple way, a certain type of shoe, such as a sport shoe, which on the other hand is the most similar, in a golf shoe. In other words, a golf shoe to practice this sport in the most efficient and competent way.

It is sufficiently known that the specific shoes used in golf practice have special manufacturing conditions, both in the peculiarity of the format and in the realization of their soles and much more specifically in the shape, characteristic and arrangement of their studs, that as it is known they are to ensure the position, stability, balance and safety of the player and the game, whether it is in a position of hitting to drive or pat.

It is also known that these shoes do not have any quality or condition to be able to act as a walking shoe and it is necessary for the player to be equipped with the everyday shoe to wear, take off shoes, use the golf shoes that have to be removed again for fit the first, which comes to represent a series of uncomfortable operations, apart from having to transport double material.

The invention tries to correct these inconveniences by proposing a convertible shoe that, being a sport that, because it is the most similar in design to that of golf, allows with a simple and simple replacement of the studs used in the latter, to use the footwear interchangeably, whose effects, a preferred solution is proposed both in adaptation measures and in the design of the studs themselves to allow convertibility. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Convertible shoes of this type are not known in practice or in record funds. Yes they are known within a certain type of sports shoes, such as football boots, the possibility of exchanging one type of heels for others, but the tendency is to manufacture the boots with direct and fixed selected additions because also in this type of sports and some resemblance to the activity to which the footwear is subjected is so intense that the detachable fastener cannot rely on the guarantees necessary to withstand such effort.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

It consists of the invention in the development and pattern of a sport and functional-looking shoe that has a peculiar drawing sole and that consists of a certain arrangement to easily mount and disassemble a set of heels for regular walking use as common footwear for sport and another set of studs, replaceable without alteration of the previous features, such as golf sports shoes.

The means of implantation consist of a group of alveoli in which soft or elastic bodycaps are incorporated internally provided with metallic or synthetic female threaded droppers for the mountable-detachable fastening of said studs, in a pentagonal distribution in the part of the shovel and a triangular arrangement in the heel part.

Another detail is that said studs, in reciprocity with said droppers consist of mamelon or axial male threaded spike that are attached to the female thread of said bushings sufficiently and effectively securely.

Another detail of the invention is that the heel of the sport shoe is preferably defined for a circular head of slightly coniform profile that on the surface consists of a pair of spheroidal profile reliefs, one staggered outward and another partial inward, both located in one half of the head and with the male threaded axial mamelon at the base.

Another detail is that the head of the golf club, in this case, preferably has a profile of reliefs integrated by a central one in the form of a triangular star with the terminals facing upwards; three other cylindrical vertical pins intercalated equidistant and between these equally intercalated in concentric equidistance vertical ribs finer than the previous ones.

The rest of the sole presents a low relief drawing of capricious figures in no case relevant or limiting.

A broader idea of the features of the invention will be carried out below, when referring to the sheets of the accompanying drawings, where in a somewhat schematic way and only by way of example the preferred details of the invention are represented .

Figure 1 is a plan view of the sole of the shoe, its profile and the arrangement of the implants.

Figure 2 is a sectioned perspective view of one of the implants.

Figure 3 is an analogous view of the anterior wing with the sport ride studs implanted.

Figure 4 is a series of views in plan, elevation, foreshortening and perspective of the previous block.

Figure 5 is a view analogous to Figure 1 with the golf studs implanted. Figure 6 is a perspective view from the inside and outside of the removable block (11).

PREFERRED REALIZATION OF THE INVENTION

A preferred embodiment of the invention according to the previous illustrations, we will see that the sole (1) of the shoe (2) has an original drawing in which, in strategic arrangement, the implants (3) that make up a socket (4) are fixed soft or elastic in which a metallic or synthetic threaded female (5) bushing is embedded in which the sport or ride studs and the golf studs of figures 4 and 6 shall be fixed interchangeably.

Thus, the ride or sport block (6) is a mixed piece that has the usual mamelon or male threaded spike (10), a coniform head (7) with a raised relief (8) and another emptying (9) arranged in the same half of the head (7) that has a flat base from which the said male threaded mamelon (10) is projected.

Therefore the golf club (11), consists of a male threaded mamelon analog (12) on the flat base of a head composed of a compact set comprising a triangular star (13) of arched branches, between which equidistant are intercalated broken up appendages (14) and between these and the previous other cylindrical appendages of smaller section (15).

The thread of the male mamelons (10) of the first block (6) and (12) of the second block (6) have the same thread pitch as the bush (5) for implantation in the sole

(one).

Therefore, in the first case, outside the field this sole (1) has the possibility of using street plugs that protect the thread (5) where the plugs (spikes) (6) are inserted and have the base height.

SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 26) This sole (1), likewise, uses spikes (11) to ensure a good swing. The possibility of exchanging them depends on the utility sought.

Outside of them, the stability of the sole has been sought with the development of a better grip marking the traction and fixing points exactly where they are needed. Pentagonal arrangement on the part of the blade and triangular on the heel. The contact points in terms of torsion and friction are reflected in said drawings.

In a complementary way, we will say that the design of the shoe hood (2) and of the waterproof weatherproof materials used, allow its use both within the golf course as well as outside it and in ordinary "casual" street activities following the trend and current fashion standards.

Once the nature of the invention has been conveniently described, it is stated for the appropriate purposes that it is not limited to the exact details of this exhibition, but on the contrary, it will introduce the modifications deemed appropriate, provided that alter the essential characteristics thereof, which are claimed below.

Claims

1.- CONVERTIBLE SPORT SHOE, which consists in the development and pattern of a sport shoe and of functional appearance that has a peculiar drawing sole and that is CHARACTERIZED because it consists, in a certain arrangement to easily assemble and disassemble, a game of implantable studs for habitual use of walking as common sport footwear and another set of studs, without alteration of the previous features, such as golf sports shoes.

2.- CONVERTIBLE SPORT SHOE, according to claim 1, the means of implantation are CHARACTERIZED because they consist of a group of alveoli in which soft or elastic bodycaps are incorporated internally provided with metallic or synthetic female threaded droppers for the mountable-detachable fastening of said studs, in a pentagonal distribution in the blade part and a triangular arrangement in the heel part.

3.- CONVERTIBLE SPORT SHOE, according to claims 1 and 2 is that said studs, in reciprocity with said droppers are CHARACTERIZED because they consist of mamelon or axial male threaded pin.

4.- CONVERTIBLE SPORT SHOE, according to claims 1 to 3 in which the studs for the sport shoe are CHARACTERIZED because they are defined by a circular head with a slightly coniform profile that, on the surface consists of a pair of reliefs of spheroidal profile, one staggered out and one partial inward, both located in a half of the head and, the male threaded axial mamelon, by the base.

5.- SPORT CONVERTIBLE SHOE, according to claims 1 to 3 in which the studs for the golf shoe are CHARACTERIZED because they have integrated relief profile with a triangular star-shaped central with the terminals up; three other cylindrical vertical pins intercalated equidistant and between these and equally intercalated, in concentric equidistance, vertical ribs finer than the previous ones.
