Abstract

　ハードウェアでＲＥＤ処理を構成し、かつ廃棄誤差の低減化を図る。 　パケットバッファ（１１）は、パケットを格納するキュー（１１ａ）を備える。実キュー長位置判別部（１２）は、サンプリング周期毎に、パケットが格納されたキュー（１１ａ）の占有状態である最新の実キュー長を取得し、ランダム初期検知区間に対して、実キュー長が存在する位置関係を判別して位置情報を出力する。廃棄確率演算処理部（１３）は、位置情報にもとづいて、サンプリング周期毎に、パケットの廃棄確率を算出する。パケット廃棄処理部（１４）は、廃棄確率にもとづいて、サンプリング周期毎に、キュー（１１ａ）に格納される前のパケットの廃棄処理を行う。廃棄確率演算処理部（１３）は、位置情報から、実キュー長がランダム初期検知区間内に存在することを認識すると、平均キュー長を算出し、廃棄ターゲットと受信ターゲットとの比率から、廃棄確率を算出する。
