More particularly, the present invention relates to a cigarette case having an advertisement function and a method of manufacturing the same, in which the cigarette case includes a lenticular lens sheet and employs a special adhesive such that various advertisement functions are possible, and a portion of the cigarette case may be transparent to show cigarettes in the cigarette case.
[2]
Background Art
[3] Recently, images such as a sports man, a film, a TV character, and other graphics are added to the whole fields of conventional manufactured goods such as a plastic cup, a vessel, and a signboard, so that movement of expressing an advertisement copy to increase the market value of a product has been gradually expanded. A printing process to form the message, the image, and the graphics has been improved with the advance of a printing technology for the last several years. However, the images representing a message, TV characters, and graphics remain only in two dimensions. The expectation level of purchasers of such products is gradually increased, and people have continuously requested the improvement of a visual effect in all media.
[4] In order to provide products equipped with images and graphics having more visual effects in the match with the demand of consumers, if a lenticular lens sheet is employed such that the products have a 3-D moving picture, the visual effects of the products are remarkably improved. The production of such a lenticular lens sheet is well-known and described in detail in a number of U.S. patents, including U.S. Patent. No. 5,967,032.
[5] Generally, the lenticular lens sheet is used for the purpose of providing a three- dimensional picture with a perspective based on a plane image, an animation picture and a three-dimensional image. This lenticular lens sheet includes a set of lenses having a specific waveform. When horizontally viewing the lenticular lens sheet, two object images, which are printed on a plurality of lines formed on a plate, are recognized by two left and right eyes as if the images are floated in a space. In addition, when viewing the two images printed on the lenticular lens sheet at a general visual distance, one of the two images may be seen as if it is positioned closer to the viewer. Further, if images which may vary depending on the viewing position of the left and right eyes of a user are recorded, a realistic 3-D image may be obtained. In addition, if still images of a moving object are sequentially printed and recorded on the lenticular lens sheet, a user can see an animation by moving the eyes of the user relative to the lenticular lens sheet.
[6] A typical manufacturing process of the lenticular lens sheet includes the steps of selecting a segment from a visual image in order to make a desired visual effect and interlacing the segment (that is, planning the lay-out of various images). Next, a lenticular lens is mapped to the interlaced segment, that is, the planned segment, and a lenticular lens sheet is manufactured according to the mapping. The lenticular lens sheet includes a transparent web provided with a flat surface or layer and a surface having optical ridges and grooves formed by convex lenses. The convex lenses are arranged side-by-side with lenticules or optical ridges extending parallel to each other along the length of the transparent web. In order to provide a unique visual effect, ink (e.g., four-color ink) is coated or directly printed on a flat surface of the transparent web, thereby a thin ink layer, which is then viewable through the transparent web of optical ridges.
[7] Such a lenticular lens sheet is well known in the field of a printing industry of producing advertisement materials as shown in sales promotion card disclosed in Korean Utility Model Unexamined Publication No. 1999-11953, and has been used for a picture postcard, a display, a catalog, and the like.
[8] However, difficulties exist in manufacturing a box, particularly, a cigarette case by using the lenticular lens sheet. In detail, since a typical adhesive does not provide a sufficient adhesive force to the lenticular lens sheet, the bonding part of the lenticular lens sheet may come apart after a predetermined time elapses.
[9] Accordingly, inventors of the present invention suggest the present invention as a result of constant studies in a method of manufacturing a cigarette case having an advertisement function by using the lenticular lens sheet.
[10]
Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem
[11] An object of the present invention is to provide a cigarette case having an advertisement function and a method of manufacturing the same, capable of providing the advertisement function using a lenticular sheet.
[12] Another object of the present invention is to provide a cigarette case having an advertisement function and a method of manufacturing the same, capable of forming a transparent window to allow a user to recognize cigarettes provided inside the cigarette case through naked eyes. [13] Still another object of the present invention is to provide a cigarette case having an advertisement function and a method of manufacturing the same, capable of greatly improving an adhesive force of a lenticular sheet by using a special adhesive.

Mode for the Invention
[34] Hereinafter, a cigarette case having an advertisement function according to the present invention will be described in detail with respect to accompanying drawings.
[35] FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the cigarette case manufactured according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a development view of FIG. 1. FIG. 3 is a view showing an operation of folding the development view of FIG. 1.
[36] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the cigarette case having an advertisement function according to the present invention is manufactured by using a lenticular sheet. The cigarette case includes a lid 10, a first advertisement surface 20, a second advertisement surface 40, and a connection surface 30 connecting the first advertisement surface 20 to the second advertisement surface 40.
[37] A first wing part 25 is provided at two opposite side ends of the first advertisement surface 20 while forming two side portions of the cigarette case 100. A second wing part 45 is provided at two opposite side ends of the second advertisement surface 40 while forming two side portions of the cigarette case 100.
[38] The lid 10, the first advertisement surface 20, the second advertisement surface 40, and the connection surface 30 include a lenticular sheet 70 enabling the print of an advertisement. Since the lenticular sheet 70 includes polyethylenterephthalate, the lenticular sheet 70 may not be bonded by using a typical adhesive. Even if the lenticular sheet is bonded through the typical adhesive, the lenticular sheet may be easily detached.
[39] In other words, when completing the cigarette case 100 by folding the above components, a special adhesive must be applied between the first and second wing parts 25 and 45 in order to store cigarettes in the cigarette case 100 while maintaining a box shape of the cigarette case 100 for a long time. [40] After printing an advertisement layer 60 on a rear surface of the lenticular sheet 70 of the lid 10, the first advertisement surface 20, the connection surface 30, and the second advertisement surface 40, a paper 80 is bonded to the entire rear surface of the lenticular sheet 70 by using an adhesive.
[41] Preferably, the paper 80 is an imitation vellum paper having a weight of about 45 kg.
This is because the imitation vellum paper can easily discharge or absorb moisture.
[42] The paper 80 is provided inside the cigarette case 100 to uniformly maintain the internal humidity of the cigarette case 100, so that cigarettes can give a user with a good taste.
[43] A support member 90 is provided inside the cigarette case 100 adjacent to the lid 10.
The support member 90 is integrally formed at both edges thereof with a locking step 95 having a wing shape. The support member 90 includes a paper-based material.
[44] The support member 90 includes a paper-based material to increase the surface contact with the paper 80 forming an inner wall of the cigarette case 100. Accordingly, the closed state of the lid 10 can be constantly maintained.
[45] A method of folding the cigarette case 100 is well known to those skilled in the art, so the details thereof will be omitted.
[46] Hereinafter, the method of manufacturing the cigarette case 100 having the advertisement function according to the present invention will be described in detail.
[47] 1. The thin lenticular sheet 70, which is formed on the front surface thereof with a plurality of grooves extending in a specific direction, is prepared.
[48] 2. The advertisement layer 60 having a desired advertisement is printed on the rear surface of the lenticular sheet 70.
[49] 3. The paper 80 is bonded onto the rear surface of the lenticular sheet 70 after the advertisement layer 60 has been printed.
[50] In this case, the paper 80 may be bonded onto the rear surface of the lenticular sheet
70 by using an adhesive or by curing the paper 80 and the lenticular sheet 70 including PET by using a UV ink.
[51] 4. A groove is formed in a folding part of the lenticular sheet 70 such that the lenticular sheet 70 may be easily folded.
[52] 5. The wing parts are bonded to each other by using an adhesive to form a box.
[53] 6. The support member 90 is provided in the vicinity of the lid of the box.
[54] In the method of manufacturing the cigarette case having an advertisement function, the important thing is the development of an adhesive having a special adhesive force.
[55] Hereinafter, detailed description will be made with regard to a special adhesive, an adhesive force of which is not degraded even if a long time elapses.
[56] The adhesive according to the present invention is a transparent viscous liquid including acrylic acid ester copolymer. The adhesive is acrylic acid ester copolymer including at least one of ethyl acetate, toluene, 2-ethyl hexyl acrylate monomer (hereinafter, referred to as "2-EHAM", N-butyl acrylate monomer (hereinafter, referred to as "BAM", vinyl acrylate monomer (hereinafter, referred to as "VAM", acryl acid, 2-hydroxy ethyl methacrylate (hereinafter, referred to as "2-HEMA", N-methylol acryl amid (hereinafter, referred to as "N-MAM", benzoyl peroxide (hereinafter, referred to as "BPO", and axobisisobytylonitrile (hereinafter, referred to as "AIBN").
[57] Hereinafter, description will be made with regard to a method of preparing the adhesive according to the present invention. [58] Table 1 shows an input amount of each ingredient used to prepare the adhesive as an example. [59] Table 1 [Table 1] [Table ]

[60] [61] Ethyl acetate of 580g and toluene of 1069.5g (a half 2,139 shown in Table 1) are input into a reactor and mixed with each other.
[62] Then, 2-EHAM, BAM, VAM, acryl acid, N-MAM, BPO (75%), and AIBN are mixed with each other according to the input amount shown in table 1. [63] Thereafter, the temperature of the reactor including ethyl acetate and toluene is raised to a first predetermined temperature (for example, 85 0C). The mixture of 2-EHAM, BAM, VAM, acryl acid, N-MAM, BPO (75%), and AIBN is dropped into the reactor for a first predetermined time (for example, three hours).
[64] The temperature of the reactor is maintained to the first temperature (for example, 85 0C), and the ethyl acetate, toluene, and the mixture are stirred for a second pre- determined time (for example, four hours) such that they react with each other. In this case, the stirring speed corresponds to about 25 rpm.
[65] Subsequently, toluene of 1069.5g (a half 2,139g shown in table 1) is input into the reactor. Then, the result is cooled at a room temperature and packaged. In such a manner, the adhesive is completely prepared.
[66] Since the adhesive including acrylic acid ester copolymer according to the present invention has superior adhesive and retention forces, the adhesive is most suitable for the adhesion of the lenticular sheet including PET according to the present invention.
[67] FIG. 4 is a sectional view showing the first advertisement surface of the cigarette case according to the present invention.
[68] As shown in FIG. 4, the upper most surface of the first advertisement surface represents the lenticular sheet 70, and the advertisement layer 60 is printed on the rear surface of the lenticular sheet 70. The paper 80 is bonded to the rear surface of the advertisement layer 60 by using the adhesive. Accordingly, the cigarette case having an advertisement function according to the present invention is manufactured.
[69] FIG. 5 shows a cigarette case according to another embodiment of the present invention, and is a perspective view showing the cigarette case provided with a transparent window 67.
[70] As shown in FIG. 5. the transparent window 67 may be provided on a first or second advertisement surface 20 or 40 of a lenticular sheet 70 if necessary, so that the inside of the cigarette case 100 can be shown. In such a manner, a user can recognize the number of cigarettes or other contents existing inside the cigarette case 100.
