Abstract

Description

"DISPOSAL INTRCDϋCED IN FINGER SANDAL".

Already models of finger sandals are known of the technique innumerable, confectioned in rubber, PVC, plastic, leather or other materials, and basically configured for a sole (plain or with jump) , that it is kept .imprisoned to the foot of the user through a branched off trap (with format conform to a style of a V") , said strap "being conveniently linked to the related sole, it wants for rabbet, it wants for glue, being foreseen a bolt of setting frontal, prolongation of the vertex of the related strap in "V", that it constitutes abutment for the two bigger fingers of the foot of the user (first and second toes) .

As he is of the common knowledge, to pave this type of sandal, the user places the foot between the sole and the strap branched off in "V", until the two bigger fingers of its foot, more specifically first toe (or halux) and as the second toe, immediately adjacent against that one, leans in the setting bolt frontal of the strap, configuring the breakpoint for the related introduction of the foot in the footwear, and remaining the chest of the foot duly involved for the branches laterals of it takes off in ^ΛΛV".

Despite these sandals of finger are of great acceptance in the market, constituting one of the types of foot wear more used by the users, is known that the same ones present a great inconvenience, which are, the fact to provide a certain discomfort to the user, more specifically enters its two fingers of the foot biggest (first and according to fingers of the feet) , exactly in the region where the same ones keep direct contact with the setting bolt frontal of the strap branched off in "V".

In the order of patent PI 0600995-6, deposited in 22/03/2006 for Silvana Belancieri Vasqμes, it was informed that the main reason of this discomfort would be resulted of the usual process of manufacture of the straps of the sandals, whose stage of finishing is presented deficit, allowing to the formation of barbs in the setting bolt frontal of the strap, what would provoke the cited discomfort on the fingers of the foot of the user. To minimize this inconvenience, the Depositor of that order of patent PI0600995-6 developed a new "PROCESS FOR ATTAINMENT OF STRAP BRANCHED OFF ERGONCMIC APPLIED IN FOOTWEAR OF the TYPE SLIPPER AND RESULTANT PRODUCT", according to which was foreseen an additional stage in the usual process of attainment of the strap, which is, of glue of an adjacent border in the posterior portion of the setting bolt the frontal of the strap, adjacent border this that, after the glue, substantially remains adhered to the cited bolt frontal of the strap, eliminating the eventual barbs in it formed during its manufacture.

After studies and research on the subject, the Depositor of the asked for gift of patent evidenced that the main reason of the proportionate discomfort for this type of sandal to the users, more specifically enters its two fingers of the foot biggest

(first and according to fingers of the feet) , consists of the fact of that the setting bolt frontal of the strap presents a very small area of contact with the two fingers of the foot that they tip that one bolt; additionally it evidenced the Depositor who, also in function of this small area of contact enters the fingers of the foot and the bolt of setting frontal of the strap, said setting bolt frontal configures a dangerous "axle of rotation" for the foot of the user, allowing the movement (the turn) of the same for one or another side, and with this, the "exit" of the foot of the sole of the sandal, mainly in the models where the cited sole is provided with jump, what, frequently, it provokes bad skills, or until twists, in the foot of the user.

Aiming at to solve definitively these inconveniences, it was created present "DISPOSAL nrcRCDUCED IN FINGER SANDAL", according to which region frontal of the strap (C) that is tipped by the two fingers of the foot of the user (first and according to fingers of the feet) started to present a bigger area of contact with the related fingers, greater contact area this that, beyond providing to greater comfort to the users of this type of sandal, it impede surely hinders that the foot same them if puts into motion for one or another side in relation the sole, providing, thus, greater stability, and with this, greater firmness for the user to walk or to run with sandal, exactly in the models provided with jump, conferring, in such a way, greater security to the users.

According to present disposal, related the bigger area of contact of the strap with the related fingers (first and according to fingers) of the foot of the user preferably is configured by as a second bolt of setting, made use immediately to the front of the first one, and it slightly moved away.

In an accomplishment option, related the bigger area of contact of the strap with the related fingers (first and according to fingers) of the foot of the user is configured by the same according to bolt of setting above cited, however said two bolts of setting being linked between itself for a medium wall, whose external lateral faces are developed in a concavous surface, that provides a perfect and anatomical lateral support for the fingers of the foot of the user.

And in one another option of accomplishment, related the bigger area of contact of the strap with the related fingers

Obviously, despite they have been shown some models of finger sandals here, these had been illustrated the mere exemple heading, being able the present disposal to be used in any model of sandal or slipper of finger.
