Abstract

The invention relates to a device for treatment by flashing light emissions, in particular for the removal of hair or for a vascular treatment, comprising a hand piece (10),said hand piece comprising a flash lamp and an optical guide receiving the light emitted by the flash lamp, the optical guide having an outlet face, an optical extension (20), provided with detachable fixing means (40) on the hand piece, the optical extension receiving the light emitted by the outlet face of the optical guide, the optical extension having an outer face of smaller cross section than the outlet face of the optical guide, the optical guide being suitable for use without the extension by application to the skin.
